G and H are basically an AB with preregulated voltage rails. Switches between discrete voltage levels in a G, and continuously changed in an H. Fairly obsolete today. A lot of the higher (beyond F) amplifier types are attempts at squeezing higher efficiency out of AB using complex circuity, or attempts to overcome distortion issues with early switching amplifiers (such as K and I)
Couple points on class C: - The slide diagram is wrong, you'll never have a resistor in the collector path like that. It will be an inductor, to form a tank circuit with that capacitor (like the example real circuit) - The class C, on its own, is only good for amplifying RF signals in which the envelope does not carry information, so CW and FM only. It can only be used for AM and SSB amplification when additional circuitry for EER is implemented.
I suspect the PNP tranditor's Emitter and Collector pins should be swapped. The Collector should be connected to V- The way that's shown in the diagram doesn't seem to bias the PNP transistor properly
Wrong schematic on Class B, wrongly placed PNP and NPN transistor. Please don't teach people wrong. At minute 8:15, transistor Q1 is acting as an oscillator, not an amplifier. Leave it to us please, you don't even know about yourself, you have nothing to teach us.

Shouldn't the emitter of Q2 in the class B amplifier be connected to Out ?
The phase shift of Class A should be 180 instead of 360.
