OMG, you have a new subscriber. I tried everything, unplugging the Roku and TV twice. That didn’t work. The Netflix icon was no longer on my homepage. Had to access it from the Roku remote, then I followed your steps and removed Netflix, re-added it, moved it back up to the top of my list of channels, and gave it another try. It finally worked after at least one hour of very frustrating plugging in unplugging, clicking and unclicking, etc etc...
I’ve tried several TH-cam videos before coming up on yours. Thank you, thank you so very much. As I said, I am now a new subscriber.

Delete channel and add back worked for me. Funny though how one stick on one tv works when the other stopped working. I suppose each stick is independent of each other on same wifi.

I have an odd issue with my Roku 2 where i cant access netflix settings when im in netflix. Like im using a guest account set up by a family member, but when i log in it automatically logs me into the master account, not a guest account and I cant change it. Any idea or recommendations?
