its amazing on all fronts - the actors and crew put some real love into it - and some real pride of Japan and it's history of theater. Got the sense that a lot of things are lost on foreigners. 10/10 so happy this got made.

I know what you mean about people that haven’t seen the movie VS magic that happens in it. The first time Haku turned into the dragon, I thought to myself.. Would other people understand what just happened, and that he’s the dragon..
It's always best to watch it for the first time, not knowing what's coming up next, you are on a rollercoaster ride with emotions and happiness. It's very well written.🍻👍

Since the actors are Japanese do the characters speak in Japanese in the play?
They do. The recordings have subtitles though.
