Great video - I was there that year (not as a competitor) so it is especially lovely to see this. Beautiful, quality dancing. Interesting to hear the commentary around Foxtrot timing, explained a lot about why my teachers were obsessed with it's technicalities. Also explained a few unexpectedly low marks ;)
@@OldDancingVideos It was. I also saw some of the pro latin, although I had to leave before the final. Imagine my disappointment when I learned afterwards that it was the night that Shirley and Corky took the title off Sammy and Barbara!
