I love the colors on the dragon, beautifully done. Those projects are so fun to crochet. If I was making it I would add a nose and a pink tongue. With all the detail on the rest of the dragon I feel the face is plain. My suggestion only. Love it anyway.

Good Afternoon Robin! The dragon is awesome. What a pretty color combination. I had applied for that pattern test as well. I made dolls a very long time ago. You bought the head and hands. The hair was yarn. Then you crocheted the rest of the body and attached the hands to the arms, had to sew them and the head as well. They had bonnets and aprons. So cute. I was able to find the head and hands recently, but they are now considered vintage. WOW. That is how long ago I made these. But as always, I so enjoy your videos. See ya next time!!!
There are too many things in my lifetime that are considered vintage. Even things form the 90's. Those dolls sound like they would be very pretty.

I've used the friendly red fox mermaid pattern. I I learned about the neck stiffener and how to sew on movable arms. The embroidered eyes look great when sewn on after you stuff and close the head. In the mermaid pattern for the hair cap, I just went up a half size hook, keeping with the Michael's yarn and had no problem. If you haven't done her mermaid, it's a really quick make. Love your princesses ❤

I know I had a hard time getting a good angle for the pictures. You should try that princess baby pattern just remember you will need to adjust the wig cap. they are pretty quick and very cute..

Omg, I've just made that Cinderella doll yesterday and had the same problem with the hair. It just looked like a giant flap, I ended up not doing the last round of increases and added an extra round. Bit of a tight fit but looks better. Great job

As a fellow fearful of spiders person, I was hoping your update meant it’s a goner! I had a friend who would rescue a spider and put outside!!! Only thing leaving my house is a dead body and it better be the spider that’s dead😂BTW dragon is cute and also dolls. I really want to try a doll or mermaid one of these days. Trying to make all the patterns I have bought lately😂.
Right, I was hoping for a different update too 😂 I keep looking over my shoulder and cleaning up the yarn fluffs to ease the paranoia a little. I did by these ultra sonic things that are supposed to drive them away, we will see if it works. I too have patterns i haven't made yet.

Instead of crocheting a tube for the neck, you can use the foam sheets that are made for cut out shapes.
