None of the members from bts dropped out of school. They all actually got their highschool diplomas, and everyone but Jungkook have already completed their bachelor’s degree and working on their master’s. Jungkook is still working on his bachelor’s as of now.
UPDATE: Jungkook finally graduated from uni and even got the President’s Award!! So proud of him!
I’m still watching the video but I had to pause real quick to say that Jin does his live when he eats to help people who are suffering with an eating disorder and starve themselves, he does it so they can eat with him and enjoy there meal while he talks and jokes and stuff it’s actually very comforting
Don't expect them to have a bad relationship to their company or that they have a big desire to go solo. They have an opportunity to do their solo stuff while being in BTS. The label is also their management, and it's not like in the Western music industry. And it's lonely at the top and the way their team functions is very good and supportive of each other, at several occasions different members has expressed this, they need each other.

I don’t know why people feel the need to compare the people in the sane group…everyone brings a different aspect to the group…its not a competition…
In 2017, Jin graduated from Konkuk University in South Korea with a degree in art and acting.
RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin and V all graduated from Global Cyber University with a degree in broadcasting and entertainment, and are now also attending the same university as Jin for their MBA in advertising and media.
Jungkook as of 2020, he is enrolled at Global Cyber University, majoring in Broadcasting and Entertainment.
I'm a Rapline girl .. but for me the best vocalist is Jin .. I love them all but I think the maturity of is voice fits me more . belting voice /high notes/ range ... yeah that's it for me lollll .
Jin graduated MA, 5 of them persuing MA and JK the youngest one is persuing Bachelor degree at one famous online university. Before MA, RM had Bachelor degree of machine engineer.
Can you tell me when Jin completed his Master's degree? Also to update, JK just received his Bachelor degree from Global Cyber University this March 2022. 💜

ive read somewhere that bighit does not make the oldest one of the group the leader so that the leader could have someone to lean on 'cause if you're the oldest and also the leader there's just too much responsibilities. i think JIN focuses more on like being the glue of the group, making sure the brotherhood is strong and happy and making sure RM his younger brother is doing fine as well.
I personally like Jungkook's voice most. His is incredibly versatile singer & fits any genre so well, he also has the highest range & perfect balance in between darker voice & lighter voice. He can go even higher or even lower and so soothing, comforting & expressive voice
the vocalists all just compliment each other
- Jungkook has his adlibs and harmonies
- Jin has his falsettos
- Jimin has his soft voice
- Tae has his soul and baritone
Apart from adlibs he also has a golden voice the one that is soothing

Jin is more of belting and high notes..
Objectively speaking Jungkook is their best vocalist hence the reason he is the main vocal. He can literally do anything with his voice it’s crazy. Other vocal members often go to him for advice or when they ask help from him despite Jungkook being younger and that already speaks volumes as to who objectively speaking the best is. That being said all vocal members are ridiculously talented and it all comes down to preference voice wise who you like best so in a way you can’t choose cause they are all so different voice wise from each other. All are great. Armys don’t focus on who is better or who is the best. We just appreciate them as a seven piece cause they all bring something to the table
Jin has the most stable voice live. And the most emotional voice. Anybody who has seen him live knows this to be true.
Jungkook is well known for being the most stable in pretty much all of kpop... idk why ur trying to deny that :/

All the vocalists are great but jin's my favourite. His voice is beautiful and very versatile (ballads, rock, pop, hip-hop, edm, trot, etc). He's also very expressive, he just makes you feel exactly how he wants you to in a song. He has a very wide range and sounds so smooth with high and low notes. He's also incredibly stable live. All of them are amazing though and jk is the main vocalist for a reason.
All BTS members have college degree except JK. He was enrolled but not sure if he graduated yet. Couple of them are getting their master degree online.
The label of main vocalist goes to jungkook and rightfully so and you'll see why if you watch videos focused on him. But saying that, all of them are very talented vocalists and have unique texture to their voice so it comes down to personal preference. Also as bts does many different genres of music, naturally some fit or likes to do certain styles better than others and that's reflected in their solo songs

All the vocalists have their unique style of singing. For Jin, he is well known for his belting skill and high note in head voice and also silver vocal. He is said to be one of the singers who are so good that people praise them with such words " eating CDs ". But Jungkook is great too as he is main vocalist and his voice is so sweet.
It's actually difficult to say who is better or best. Four of them literally compliment each other. They all have different types of voices and different styles of singing and they sound incredible too. So it is kinda difficult.
All the voices are amazing😻. But jungkook can do every thing💜And that's why he's the main vocalist. Which means he does more than just singing his part of the song.
For me Jin is the best singer of Bts,he can belt the highest notes,he is stable live,his singing is so emotional that he can drawn you easily into the mood of his songs. All he need is a chance to showcase his vocal abilities.
The company actually gifted BTS members shares of the company so they're among the shareholders of Hybe when Hybe went for IPO in 2020. I'd say they very much deserves that since they really helped brought the company out of financial issues (BigHit Ent now known as Hybe Labels were almost bankrupt at one point). Hybe even expanding globally. Last year, Hybe acquired 100% stake of Ithaca Holdings, owned by Scooter Braun. Ithaca is the management company that manages Bieber, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Kid Laroi, etc. So....I don't think BTS is going anywhere in the near future lol. Also, since BigHit gives them a lot of creative freedom, for me it's better for them to stay with BigHit so they can focus on the musical aspect while the company can handle the business side of the music.
I personally like Jungkook's voice the most. He's incredibly versatile and I like the color of his voice. He's also technically very good. But I don't think you can find an objective winner when it comes to BTS, because they all have the technical skills and talent is not something you can measure. You could also say that Jimin is the best, because you can't find a voice like his in the whole industry. Or that Tae is the best, because he has a huge vocal range and also has a pretty unique voice color. And you could say that Jin is the best because despite starting from zero, he got to the same level as the other vocalists very quickly.
You'll probably gonna hear different opinions for everyone, so I really don't think in the case of BTS it's as clean cut as "everyone knows...". This is not NSYNC or Destiny's Child where everyone knew who was supposed to be the main event. The only thing we all know is that Jungkook is the main vocalist, but that in itself just means he has a certain set of responsibilities and tasks. Plus it doesn't reflect any progress on anyone's part, because he got the title when they debuted.

I think Jungkook and Jin have the best voice
I’ve never seen someone compliment Jin as much as they did most people are always focused on the other vocalist but they really appreciated Jin in this video
I personally love Jungkook's voice the most, I love the clarity in his tone and how pure it is. And the way he expresses emotions, while still having impeccable vocal control and abilities (I'm speaking after watching many vocal coaches/teachers/singers and those who have worked with BTS & Jungkook individually). He also stands in for a member if they cannot perform, he helps them remember their parts, helps them as a vocal coach, sings demos/guides, and stays a long time in the recording studio. As the main vocalist he has responsibilites and lot of work to do, you can watch "Jungkook the main vocalist of BTS" by Ida S to get an insight on what he does.
Oh my god, like I like u guys but can u plz refrain from saying who's better and who's not x they are THE BTS the biggest group on the planet, so literally every one of them is great in his own way, they all have different colors in their vocals, we do not compare them here, Jin is special, jungkook is special so does the rest of the vocal and rap line,

For me jungkook is the best vocalist because his voice just fits every genre so perfectly and beautifully be it pop , jazz ,r&b any genre and that his vocal technique and texture is very good it melts your ears and he's amazingly good live too and very very stable .

None of them Drop out school , its not common in SK to ditch school.no matter what . In fact Rm, suga n jhope took cyber University n graduated with MBA, while Jin graduaated fr Konkuk uni ( offline ) . V Jimin n JK also attend university . They all are talented, career driven n educated at the same time
To my knowledge, ALL members have undergrad degrees (JK recently completed his March 2022). The older six are currently pursuing Masters degrees at Global Cyber University. 💜
actually their contracts were up a few years ago (in 2018 or 2019 i believe) and they all signed another 7 year contract and they are now all shareholders of HYBE (formerly known as bighit entertainment) so not only are they "employees" but they technically own a portion of the company as well.
9:35 Basically, in Korea, age is very important. They use different words when speaking to elders (it's called honorifics) even if that person is only a year older than them. So although RM may be the leader, he still needs to use honorifics when talking to Jin. And the meaning of authority could mean that the elder person kinda has the final say or you need to respect what they say bc their 'older'. Quite an old mindset but it's still very commonly used in Korea.

I feel like everyone still shows the most respect to RM though even if JIN is the oldest i mean as a leader, the glue/center of the group and with all he does for everyone it makes sense

All members didn't drop out of school. They still pursue their education despite their busy work. They once said that education is the key to success.
Technically majority of the BTS members actually went to the same college in South Korea - Global Cyber University. .. The only BTS member who attended a different college was Worldwide Handsome, Jin. Jin graduated from Konkuk University's Department of Film and Visual Arts with a degree in art and acting.
Rm, suga and jhope graduated their bachelor degrees either in MBA and media entertainment, mechanical engineering on Global Cyber University.
Jimin and Taehyung, also graduated from Global Cyber University in August 2020. They both enrolled in an MBA in Advertising and Media and graduated their degree in it last august of 2020.
Jungkook the youngest in the group is still working on his bachelor degree and will graduate soon.
Also at the 4 vocalist you can have your preference who is the best on your opinion but for me they are all the best since all of them have their own style and unique preferences.
Jungkook is the main vocalist and he is better because he is flexible and can do many things and fit accordingly to the song but jin is extremely good too.

Bts and their company relationship goes both ways honestly, the company also wouldn't anywhere near what they are today without bts, they were almost going broke in 2014 and now they are one of the biggest label and thats by having bts as the only artist under their label until 2019
every vocalist in bts have and give different colors, vibes and energy, as in you can tell who's singing even without looking. they all excell in different genres(ballads, rnb, jazz etc..) and for that reason I cannot choose who's better. they're all good but jungkook is the main vocalist for a reason!!

Every one of them are best. And for the 4 vocalist, they have their own unic voice. If you listen to their solo song you will know how good they are (with a group song don't compare them)

Actually you will get know why armys don't compare vocalists with each others(except some solo toxic stans.. Again only toxic..not all solo stans are bad)... They can't be compared because they have very different and distinctive vocals from each others.... That's why BTS songs are never monotonous.. They have almost all kinds of vocals that makes them able to incorporate from insane high notes to soothing lower tone....if they had same kind of vocalists I don't think their songs would be that much mesmerizing as they are now...

They self-create and self-produce a lot, but management helps a lot. They already finished their contract but decided to extend it for another 7 years.
BigHit was a tiny broke company, they had hungus on the walls and broken air conditioner in a practice room, but still knew well what are they doing and it was a great support for the members who could focus on different things, especially practicing or writing
All 4 of them have unique voices but if we’re talking about live singing jungkook has the most stable voice that’s why he’s the main vocalist and i personally love his voice the most

Please watch Jungkook as the Main Vocalist of BTS (I believe Ida S put it together). That will show you WHY they consider him the Main Vocalist. All 4 of the vocal line are great singers, and each have different qualities to their voices. He does many of the Vocal Guides (sings the songs first for All the parts) that the others learn their parts from. Also does many/most of the ad libs and background singing. J-Hope has a sweet voice too, which is why he is a sub-vocalist in the group.
Personal opinion ? I'll go for jungkook. Because he can fit all type of genre, he compliment with everyone either for vocal line or rap line.Even Suga said he talk with a lot of musician but jungkook is the most talented he ever meet. 💜 And I respect everyone preference too.

Actually none of of them dropped off school, by now they all graduated college with Advertising & Media MBA except for Jungkook who is still studying but for a different degree Entertainment & Broadcasting all of them went to Global Cyber University in Korea.❤️

Who's better is so subjective...of the vocal line Jungkook was selected to be lead vocalist because he has the most stable and consistent voice especially when dancing. He has great musicality as seen through his adlibs and improvisations. He also has perfect pitch (as does Suga) and highest range ( some would argue that Jimin has the highest range). V has the deepest voice and largest range (he also picks up the dance moves the quickest). His voice is the most distinctive and he has a great transition between chest voice and head voice. Jin has shown the greatest improvement since BTS' debut. He has a beautiful upper range with an amazing belt. Jin and V have the most emotionally expressive voices. Jimin is great at modulating his voice. He has excellent musicality and agility and is able to harmonise and improvise pretty effortlessly. He has the second highest range and is able to hit the higher notes without going into falsetto and he has great runs. Their singing is not perfect but they are all exceptionally talented (including the rap line who also sing incredibly well) and are constantly working to improve in their art. If only we were all that talented, hard-working and dedicated.
I am not a voice expert. My comment was based on the opinions of various experts in the music field. Everyone has the right to disagree so no hate please.
I don't really mean to nitpick but how did you write actual complements for the other vocalists and for jin its just he's improved and also is similar to another vocalist?
@@rachelroow1481 As I stated , I am not a vocal expert...I watched many reactions by vocal coaches and only stated those things that were mentioned repeatedly by said coaches. I have and will update the info when I hear it from multiple educated sources. I don't have a favorite. I think they are all amazing and hope they will continue doing what they are doing for many years to come. I love their music but I love their heart and soul even more.
The 4 vocalists have such different styles and they perform their style really well so it really depends on your taste
About your question whose the best vocalist. I think JK is the best technique wise and versatility on his voice. Jimin really catches attention because of his unique angelic voice. But my favorite voices are Jin and V's voice because i just feel something when they sing, soulful.. It's basically based on your preferences.
they're all pursuing graduate degree now, MBA, I think Jin has graduated. the rest are not yet graduated. Jungkook is still in Bachelor degree now.

About 3 year's ago they renewed their contract with BigHit. Btw all the members mixtapes are free on SoundCloud. Also Jin actually went to the SM audition and passed to the first round of audition but he didn't want to go back.
All of the members attended school and they have diplomas from university as well.
i personally like V’s voice the most but i can see why Jungkook is the main vocalist. His voice is perfect for pop and commercial music but since my music preference is rnb, V’s soulful warm voice is more my style. You can’t really say who’s better because its about personal preference but objectively Jungkook is the main vocalist for a reason. Vocal technique and live performances, harmonizing and adlibs, Jungkook always delivers and he has a tenor voice that he uses to blend well with the other members and rappers. so he really is the glue of the team but everyone is just as important. BTS wouldn’t be where they are today without any of the members missing.
All the BTS members were given shares in the label when their label went public in 2020, and rightfully so as the label won't where it is today without BTS. And they also re-signed their contract with bighit in 2018 for 7 more years so i don't so them going somewhere else anytime soon.
Everyone have a diff style of singing... And I personally love all of 4, same thing for rappers they are soo different so it depends on your style, they compliment each other... For example jhope is the style of rap that I dig
As an army I don't choose between who's the best singer or better singer because everyone has their own unique style and voice, it depends on what kind of voice and style you prefer whether it is jin who has a high range and sweet and emotional voice or whether it is jungkook who has an stable,versitile and angelic voice .Both of these guys are amazing and let's keep supporting bts and give them our love and respect #army4life 😋😋😋🤑

Even though bighit at the time was really small label, bts members still needed a management company to do all the business and promotional work while the members make the music. Also you can't forget about koreas training system the labels have where they take rookie artists with potential and give them guidance to hone their craft and thats a continuous support from the labels even after they debut specially with their choreography and performances. So having a label is very important for as early as 12-18 year olds trying to break into the industry

I don't know, whether anyone has already answered, that song in the beginning was "Ddaeng". This song is one by rappers but there is also a version where all of them are performing with it together 🔥🔥🔥
That's another reason why they have over 100+ songs. Unlike other groups where they depends on songwriters and producers to get them songs.

They ARE Big Hit. They built that place and what it is today. The renewed their contracts and now own shares worth millions. HYBE is the house BTS built with their blood sweat and tears (literally) and their amazing team has raised and supported them along the way. All love.

BigHit Ent & BTS, their relationship with each other are quite different to other Kpop groups and their companies, agencies whatever. These two were literally nothing back then, obviously BTS was nothing a nobody and BigHit Ent was a small company who were near bankruptcy. So, literally these two invested everything into each other their money, blood, sweat and tears into becoming who they are today, BigHit Ent now known as Hybe Labels the richest agency in Korea and BTS as the worlds biggest boy band. So you can see now that they both made each other into who they are and their relationship is more on a gratitude level considering that the members are now shareholders of their company. A gift given to them by their big brother/father figure Bang Si - Hyuk (former CEO but founder of Hybe) whom they share a very close tight bond with.
In the beginning, they were mostly rap - all of the members rapped a little then they progressed and grew into what they are today and will probably grow into the next era of music. Dance and rapping are major.

So there's basically two pronunciations for their names: Korean and English. For example, in Korean "Jungkook" sounds more like "Chon-guk", but most of the overseas armys say it as it writes - "Jung-kook" as bts themselves pronouns it this way in English interviews.

Some singers got the hang of it easier, but they all have different vocal techniques and timbres, and all of their solo songs can literally only be performed by them if you want to keep the vibe. I could never choose a favorite singer because i love what each of them brings to the group, and what they are able to do individually
There's no actual debate or argument about that in the fandom or in the group, they praise each other a lot
Jungkook is the main vocalist in bts because he has the most stable vocals among the other members while dancing but all 4 vocalists of bts are super amazing they are really out of this world and the rappers to. Long story short: BTS is the greatest group that i will stan for life 💜🔥🤘💜
It's hard to say which one is better since they all have pretty different tones and use different singing techniques according to their voice.
They all however have certain strengths, jin for example is known to be a good belter and has a very strong technique whereas jk is known to have a very stable voice and sings most of the choruses
I don't think there's someone who's 'more' better in singing, they are all very talented and phenomenal it's just that different people has different taste in voice, for me personally I love Jimin and Jin's ^^
Of course, this is all subject to opinion but here is my ranking of the singers of BTS:
1. Jungkook- his voice is the most stable and the quality and tone are out of this world.
2. V- he has great range, his voice is super rich,complex, and soulful.
3. Jimin- he has the most unique voice in the group with a tone that is unmistakable him and angelic.
4. Jin- with the highest voice in the group and an impressive strong belt, he rounds the group out perfect, His often haunting tone is just superb.
All 4 could be solo global superstars. Not a mediocre singer in the bunch.
Honestly, you probably won’t find a company that treats their artist better than Big Hit does to BTS. Where they have literally been gifted shares when they HYBE went public. And it’s because they built it all from the ground up so they have great appreciation for each other. They also resigned with their contacts for another 7 years until 2026.
All their voices are special and different, but technically, Jungkook has the best voice and vocal ability. But the amazing thing about Jungkook is how well rounded he is. He can sing, dance, rap and is so good looking. He was named the Golden Maknae by RM because he is good at everything. When I say everything, I mean everything. Sports, cooking, games, anything really.

but in their daily lives, RM listens to them, they even sometimes scold him...
they said that when they're working, promoting, performing, etc, RM takes care of them
but outside of that, they all take care of him

They would not be where they are now without BigHit, BUT that company almost went bankrupt. BigHit had no power against the BIG 3 companies whose groups were winning most of the awards. But this is where BTS and BigHit have become popular is because they allow the 7 members of BTS to create, write, produce, do solo projects. BTS is popular because their songs are relatable to a lot of their fans as they deal with so many social psychological, moral issues that actually help their fans deal with their own personal issues.
The BIG 3 companies wrote a LOT of the songs for their groups and this is where I see a cookie cutter recipe. A lot of the songs are awkward and the melodies are similar, only a few are memorable. Mostly ALL BTS songs are collaborated with the BTS members. That's why a lot of their songs are different and done with different genres.
So to say it was because of BigHit that was the reason they wrote so many songs is because they allow BTS to do so and support them in all their music including their solo music.
In BTS they don't have this one better than the other one. They have different voice, they are better in they're own way.. thankyou guys for reaction,, thankyou for learning hard to know BTS 🙂💜💜💜
They signed a new contract with bighit not long ago. They can basically just do whatever they want. ❤️
They are all graduated High School. Jin got his Masters. The rest of the members are taking online college courses right now.

Jungkook is a badass when it comes to scary stuff like bungee jumping or stuff. He's athletic as much as he is artistic.

In Korea education is very important, they all finished high school and 6 of they have college degrees, JK is still working on his.
PS2: Nobody dropped out of school XD they all graduated and have University diplomas too (Cyber/Online Uni, except Jin who went to "in person" Uni) including JK!
