Confirmed, land before time was 1988
And now you can get all 13 on one packaging
I honestly like all 13, yes after 3 they feel repeating, but still okay kids movies
The first was actually 80s, it was 88 or 89 I believe, maybe a little earlier
Wisdom of friends is considered the worst movie in the franchise
Theirs also land before time the series, wich actually happens before the 13th movie in time line
Yeah, I don't think I've ever watched that. I'll have to check that out sometime.
@@JsBluRays it actually may happen before 12 as well, ive only ever watched through the TV series once myself, but I know one the characters thats on 13 is enterduced on the first episode of the serirs

Just skip movies 11-13, Journey of the Brave will truly feel like a sequel after Littlefoot reunites with his dad from The Great Longneck Migration.
I remember watching those as a little kid, good music and stuff 4 in 1 packs are a good way, on oct 13 there comes 3 in 1 packs: 2-4, 5-7,8-10,11-13, original coming again on Blu-ray, probably for new coming 14 I've only seen the first 9 of them I think the original is the best

the first film is the only one directed by legendary don bluth so thats why its so good and the rest aren't

It’s a good thing that the land before time 12 and 13 were shown in widescreen in the four pack dvd because it was how they both were originally produced.

I used to have both The Time Of The Great Giving and The Mysterious Island individually on DVD when I was 5, and they both included their own special features.
I think the sequels are very good. I only watched the first seven as a kid, and I knew about the eighth movie but even back then I was kind of like "God, stop already!!" Even though I enjoyed every film up to that point.. But something made me seek out 8-13 and I love them so much! Even the tv series!! I'm ecstatic over the fact that the series is continuing with #14 next week! These movies, outside of Disney, are some of the best films you can show your child. They teach them great morals, only you're not beaten over the head with it! And the songs are short and harmless, and some are even catchy! And every movie adds a new element, such as a drought, a cold snap, etc. and they usually meet a new species! People who trash these movies clearly haven't seen every single one. Most agree that the tenth film is the best. I will say that The Wisdom of Friends was pretty awful, I'm not sure what happened with that one

How do I avoid watching one of the animated films in the franchise without having any harsh criticisms? Involving and expressing disapproval who are not you where there are things that really brings out tears to your eyes

You just got to love them all because it is a timeless classic animated series. Besides our point of view and knowledge in The Land Before Time franchise there is also a TV series.
