You can not completely take apart to wash. So if the baby bottle leaks, or diaper leaks, or baby spits up you can only wash the pad. It comes pretty preassembled and the bars do not come apart to clean. I hand wash my sons and let it hang dry. I would of gotten something else had I known this. Only thing I don't like about it.
Amie Brody how do you clean the fabric that doesn’t come off? I am currently trying to clean it but don’t know how. Do you wash it outside with water and soap and let it dry? Please let me know. Thank you.
I think the manual states infants should be supervised at all times while sleeping in this. Not sure if it is technically approved as a sleeper/overnight bassinet. Could just be legal safeguards or could be actual safety concerns using this for overnight sleeping or napping.
Adam Rico I cant see good inside. Does it have any restraints? My last baby was 10 yrs ago and he had the rock n play that he loved(which has since been recalled due to people not using the restraints) so I’m looking for something similar but that’s obviously not recalled/unsafe.
Positional asphyxiation. They can slip down when in a carseat, bouncer or swing and their oxygen supply is cut off. The only safe position for a baby to sleep in is laying flat on their back so their airway does not become obstructed.
It also has straps to secure the baby in when lying flat on back. My newborn would not sleep in a pack & play, but sleeps very well in the dreamglider bassinet.
Oh I can't wait to try this! My son's grandma just ordered this for him he has trouble sleeping at night

How do I take it apart and flat the basket? There are two medal support under neath the basket unabled to pull them out.

But this does go down flat. Are you saying it is not safe in the bassinet position also?
Answer Ryans question please. I'm curious as well. Can you still have it swing while it's a bassinet?

The padding on the sides is not safe for sleep. Suffocating hazard.
