After 30 years as health worker and refusing the VX I had to quit du to bullying from coworkers, medias and gvt accusing non vax of being the cause of increasing covid cases . The interesting fact is that all of those 3 shots coworkers got sick from covid but not me. Finaly took my retreat from this toxic situation.

i'm that experiment. My wife was jabbed and after caught the virus, brought it home gave it to me, who was unvaxxed. She was very sick whereas i wasn't, It was like a mild cold to me. Then because of her work demanding a second jab she did, then as before a little later she caught it again and brought it home. She was bedridden again despite 2 shots and heres the thing, despite me having no vax at all, this time round I didn't catch it from her, despite looking after her again and sleeping in the same room. So natural immunity in my opinion did work because I got it once and never again despite having people all round me getting it. Also i'm early 60s she's mid 50s age bracket

I lived with 2 people who got it and tested positive mid 2020... I never got sick, or tested positive. That right there was enough to tell me I don't care to get the shot when it comes out

Was pressured out of my teaching job in Oak Park, IL because of the mandates. People told me science this, science that, health this, health that, etc. Many of us were punished financially because of what I believed in. I even trained more and made sure to get more sun. Yet, wasn’t allowed to work, wasn’t allowed to eat at restaurants in Chicago, and was punished for my free choice. Many were discriminated against. Don’t forget what happened. Anyone else have that experience? It’s like you’re alone. But that was what my decision I still stand by it and would do it again.

I read in a Medscape article today (UK) that the management of care homes will be paid a cash bonus for each resident that has the jab, with a bonus bonus if they achieve 100% vaccination. No pressure on the inmates there then.

67 year old friend of mine went to her yearly dr appointment last week. Doctor asked if she wanted her pneumonia vaccine. She did not take the covid vaccine because she felt there needed to be more long-term studies before she would take it. I told her that they are putting the mrna in this years pneumonia, flu, rsv shots. When the doctor asked if she wanted it this year, she asked if the mrna was in it, and he said YES!! NO INFORMED CONSENT!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! EVERYONE NEEDS TO PASS THIS ON!!

When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer.
A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting!
Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice.

Thank you so much John. I am in my late 70s and have not been vaccinated, had covid in April 20 for one and a half days (antibody test later), nursed people with Delta and was fine, then got Omicron for 2 days in Nov 22. Hardly ill at all. Have fallen out with many people over thinking natural immunity is enough.
I am amazed by the number of "educated" people who have asked me what natural immunity is. As a complementary practitioner I have spent considerable time in the last three years trying to get people to have a belief and faith in the ability of their body to get better most of the time, so I get people to watch bruises or cuts or minor infections heal. The dismissal of natural immunity and a tendency to believe that only medical intervention can cure has become a real problem.
What about two of my friends, neither vaccinated and have had the virus and their bodies have got long term damage......as opposed to MANY i know who have been vaccinated and are fine. Want to comment on that?

@@johnmulhern2833 Depends how healthy they are, do they got any past occurrences in getting sick? Their lifestyle? Age? Family history of health? Many people get it in different reactions, some more than others, for me about four days, then recovered. If they did, they're most likely a specific case compared to the rest that recover normally again. Just like if you only look at the minority of cases and try to apply it to the majority, it won't work out that way. Their point still stands. I can sympathize with you tho.

When they said vaccine induced immunity beats natural immunity that sounded to me like if someone told me that the ability to steer a real plane doesn't qualify someone as a pilot - only if he sat in a flight simulator could he prove his ability to fly. When in the world has the substitute been more suited to represent the original rather than the original thing itself?
I remember them saying "natural immunity" isn't even a thing. Doctors were saying this, in public. There's no limit to the lies.
This matter is a bit more nuanced. Firstly, Dr Campbell is going over studies showing natural immunity with no prior vaccination vs. vaccination with no prior infection. These studies show that those who never got vaccinated and got infected were far less at risk of reinfection and showing symptoms. Dr Campbell has made it clear that it does not look at hybrid immunity (which is what you are referring to). Therefore, I would not take this clip as proof that vaccination is bad altogether. The fact of the matter is that we do not all have the same genetic makeup and we are not all at the same level of natural base immunity _ meaning you may be far less likely to catch a cold, yet your siblings may be catching them far more often given the same circumstances. Because of that reality, the vaccine has undeniably given a leg-up to those who did not have strong base immunity and thankfully has allowed them to survive the first infection. The vaccine has undeniably saved countless lives during the deadliest variant period, something that Dr Campbell has also covered in his videos. Cheers from Ontario, Canada!

Im a public transit operator in Vancouver BC Canada. I was suspended without pay for a year for not taking the shot. We were denied EI. Our union locked us out so we couldn’t defend ourselves there.

I had covid in Jan 2021 no vaccine, the only time I had it. 8 weeks after, I donated blood and they tested for covid 19 antibodies. I came back positive for that, so my natural immunity worked. Even to last summer of 2022, I still showed to have antibodies. Yay! Natural immunity for the win!
Side note: I have been exposed many times since that first time, not on purpose, with no ill effects. I've tested negative every time.

In a Capitalist Society, it's very easy to convince people that the profitable option is better than the unprofitable option. There's an incentive to believe in the idea that makes you money, and a disincentive to believe in the truth that doesn't make you money. Capitalism makes people believe they're doing things correctly, but they only see options that make more money.
It would be a personally difficult thing for most Doctors to tell a healthy patient "You don't need this appointment, maintain your diet, exercise regularly, and you won't need another check up until something feels off". In many people, giving up an opportunity of income, is akin to the feeling of your life being threatened. It’s actually infuriating because people were forced to get it just to keep their jobs. Recently found out one of my friends was forced to get it to keep his job. I pray for anyone that got the vaccine that they will be ok! I had a bad feeling about it from the beginning and thankfully I was able to keep a lot of my family from getting it. I know a few people that got it and became very sick soon after and one woman never got better and recently died!

I lead a grief group of people who have lost a loved one in the hospital due to COVID diagnosis. There is so much distrust of healthcare professionals not just over the vaccine, but also regarding how Covid patients were treated in hospitals. The damage done to the medical community’s credibility is catastrophic. And I can’t blame those of us who don’t trust anymore.

@@natet9366 I did explain. First of all Delta is long gone. Furthermore the paper is based on 2 doses 3 weeks apart which we knew well before this paper was published is not ideal. We also know adding a third dose 6 months or more later makes a massive difference providing superb affinity maturation vastly improving T and B cell responses though somatic hypermutation. Papers clearly show this along with showing that wider spacing of vaccines in a age of omicron vastly improves immunity, elevating it above natural infection which typically comes with a level of disease and is best avoided given excess deaths are mostly vasular related as covid causes vasculitis whereas vaccines don't. There's also plenty of data on hybrid imminity which is also better than natural infection alone. This paper doesn't go into deaths from natural infection of which there are millions. Israel is also well above the 5 year all cause mortality baseline. New Zealand on the other hand who took numerous saftey measures and got vaccinated before the virus started to spread around have zero excess all cause mortality validating the science as stated.
All we can demand is that all these politicians, health authorities and drug companies be held accountable for this criminal activity.

I’m not sure what you were taught, but vaccines have nearly always been more effective than suffering from the disease itself. However what you may not know is that recent research shows that live vaccines are much more effective and have more positive non-specific outcomes than other types of vaccines.
Vaccines were supposed to stop people getting an illness. It didn't seem to work in this case, and why give it to those who had already had the illness??
As a science teacher I am glad I had the jab, when i finally got infected. So when I got my natural immunity, i wasn't much sick at all.
Vaccine gives your immune system a heads up, when you encounter the real virus for the first time. Just as the flu vaccine doesn't prevent you from getting the flu 100%, but mitigate the effect of the virus when you get it. If you have some other health problems, thats a good idea.

I think we have to remember that at the beginning, the hospitals in Italy were flooded with sick people, and the death count was soaring. Other countries took aggressive steps to prevent hospitals from being overwhelmed. With the benefit of hindsight (informed by the kinds of research brought to our attention by Dr John), we see that a different approach should have been taken, particularly for those of us who are healthy. To be fair, Dr John was far more trusting then than he is now.
He followed what was available. As did we all. My timelines coincided with him except i refused the booster the first time. A gross accumulation of poor medicine by that time.

As a scientist and critical thinker of 30+ years, I walked out of my job when vaccination was mandated - ironically, while teaching students preparing to become nurses. Furthermore, I have taught in 30+ units at tertiary level, including microbiology, epidemiology, pathophysiology etc. It was clear, from Day 1, that A LOT was not quite right, not common sense and certainly, NOT science.
I completely agree that the most damaging aspect to come out of the 'pandemic' is the mistrust in health authorities and pharmaceutical companies which have been driven by profit, misinformation, poor science and lies.
Lists of vaccine-induced injuries and there for all to see (eg. via the TGA website here in Australia) and we need transparency, honesty and ultimately, accountability.

Massive amounts of people have not just lost trust in doctors over this but are becoming outright hostile, and with good reason. Throughout the pandemic, I continued living my life pretty much as always. There were a few times I had to wear a mask like when my wife was in the hospital having some procedure, not for COVID, and they wouldn't let me go in with her unless I wore a mask.Never been tested for COVID and didn't take any of the vaccines. I'm not anti vax, just don't take any myself. Anyone wants to take one, it's their choice. Over the past three years I've been a little sick for a few days each winter. Was about like a mild cold. I haven't isolated myself either. I knew one man who died WITH COVID, but not FROM COVID. There IS a difference. He had some health issues when he got the virus. I heard of a few others having died. But it's a normal thing to hear of. People die from all sorts of things. I can't think of but one reason some politicians are holding onto their ideas about how to handle another outbreak of the virus and that's power. Power can be addictive. And just maybe some have stocks in companies that make vaccines and some medical equipment. Money is a motivation for many things.

She would be mostly right. The virus spreads through close proximity and contact. Without immunity you are more likely to contract Covid.

I have been waiting for the vaccine and discovered your channel at that time. Liked to watch it, despide not representing my attitude. You still were informative and gave many arguments.
Then, when the vaccine was available, I got more and more doubts. Just a gut feeling. When official measures became more and more restricting, my doubts grew even more. I could not understand the logic behind wearing masks and protection by vaccination and at the same time imposing restrictions to the unvaccinated. I made my way through the restrictions, mostly by retracting. Got infected by someone vaccinated (didn't they tell us ...). Did what I always did when being infected and all was gone over the weekend. Went to work again on Monday, as if nothing had happened.
And now I know that I took the right chance. Got infected (maybe) a second time, but really mildly.
I won't forgive friends or the government unasked.

I am not a doctor or a scientist. But just from practical experience I have always held that one must "live through" ones fevers and wait for the body to recover on its own when ill. Only that builds long term immunity. I have practiced this dilligently and tried to make my children understand the same.

My 75 year old mom also got COVID but she didn't take any medication at all because she has been a naturalist all her life. Takes homeopathy only. Ofcourse one cannot simply decide one day to stop taking medication. It has to begin pretty early on for your body to build its immunity. Plus ofcourse every one is different.

Got covid Feb 21, recovered with no apparent ill effect. I'm 62.

Quick observation from the US. 18 months ago I needed out patient surgery. Never took the vaccine. Upon registering they asked if I had been vaccinated. When I said no, I was asked to take a test. I refused it. They weren't too thrilled with that. Long story short---they made me wait almost seven hours for a 35 minute procedure because they took "the people who were well first."
YESTERDAY, my adult son had out patient surgery at a different hospital. They asked him as well. He said no. They didn't blink. No questions asked and no waiting. Just look at the difference!!

Why refuse to be tested? They wanted to know if you were infected. The difference between 18 months ago and yesterday is most people have been infected and have some immunity, so the risk is considerably smaller now than it was 18 months ago. Why should the hospital risk you being CV19 +ive, and risk the lives of vulnerable patients because you chose not to be vaccinated. Telling you to 'go to the end of the queue' is a rational triage decision.
The appropriate response to the question of "Are you vaccinated?" Is "Nobody was vaccinated. But I do have natural immunity. Now do your damn job and obey your oath. Don't bring politics into this, I already know you guys are making massive illegal profits under the table because of this, so either do your damn job or I'm out of here.
Because the tests were compromised. They came from China. It was a no brainer. They wanted EVERYONE to test positive. We found that out the hard way. Better late than never, but I knew it. We would test one patient and then it would come back positive. Waited 45 minutes, same patient and guess what---same test, negative, None of it made sense.
Reading your comment as to why I refused, look at the situation we now have in the field of medicine. A field I am part of. In the United States, hopsitals are begging for UNVACCINATED blood donors. IF you need blood Costa, you better pray that it comes from a pure blood. Otherwise, you have absolutley NO IDEA what is in that infusion. THAT'S why I refused. I also knew my lab work was in great shape and there was NO NEED to be tested. I had 2 jabs, and got non symptomatic covid-19 which I discovered after my son complained over a scratchy throat, so we both did a test. So, we've definitely had it, haven't had nor intend to have another jab. I'm not a lover of being in agony for a week after the 1st vaccination. I held out until pressure from others made me get the vaccine. Before then, I think I had covid, though the test said not. I refused any more vaccines afterwards and certainly no boosters. I've not been great since, with high blood pressure and heart racing (my pharmacy says that I've nothing to worry about). I haven't visited my GP since Covid-19 as I've lost all trust in the medical doctors. I read about the people having cardiac arrests, like my brother did. Should I go to the hospital for tests or wait?

Living proof, right here. I’m a RN. Had CV in Jan ‘21. Took about 3-4 days to get over it. Never took any jabs. My home health patient got CV in June ‘21. His whole family was jabbed as were all the other nurses. I think only one of the nurses had had CV before, but nobody else. They all praised their precious jabs and gave me a hard time about how I got sick and should have taken the jab and I wouldn’t have gotten sick, well…They ALL got CV and I did NOT. And this was a patient that lives with a tracheostomy and on a ventilator so that stuff was floating all over the room. Following this, no one said one word to me about my choice. That ended right then and there. If our unelected POTUS insists on pushing this again he will ensure there will be very very few nurses left.
