Squash tip, ✨ roast them whole and cut afterwards. It just makes it so much easier for every single variety of squash and I think roasting whole increases the sweetness♥️

There is a store here that sells the balsamic vinegar. My favorite is the lemon. I've also tried the pineapple and Mango balsamic vinegar. There is even one I think is dark chocolate balsamic vinegar.

Thank you for your videos! I always look forward to a new video of yours to watch. Green Giant makes a finely diced riced cauliflower, a riced cauliflower / sweet potato blend, a cauliflower / broccoli blend, a riced butternut squash one, plus other not healthy saucy variations. After watching this video I think I'm going to start eating more oatmeal again and try adding / alternating those healthy variations to my oatmeal, excluding the broccoli one. I do love adding grated carrot, grated zucchini and canned pumpkin each separately with a variation of spices to compliment the vegetable of choice and a little maple syrup to my oatmeal so I have a nice variation. Plus they taste like pumpkin bread, zucchini bread and carrot cake! Thank you for being such an inspiration!

I am in shock that you haven’t had cauliflower in your oatmeal before! I eat it like this every single day! I do 50-50 plate usually so 1/2 cup of dry oats to one full cup of rice cauliflower… Amazing and so filling! And you can change it up with all the different flavors of course. I also love it with shredded carrots, or shredded zucchini, it just makes me so much more full for a longer period of time. I just did a lemon cream version with blueberries and it was amazing!
