Essential for early game raiding, today we take a look at the humble (and frustrating) Satchel Charge. Whether going off in your face, or making so much noise they attract an entire server, these easy to make explosives might just give you access to all the loot!

Just did my first raid with satchels. Wanted it to be an online raid so I found a duo nearby. Blew through their doors with satchel charges thanks to your awesome video took their tc down with fire arrows and got new tc and doors up but I forgot to lock my codelocks so after successfully defending their counter I began to gloat when they simply just locked my own doors and locked me inside the base i just raided. Rust is fun :)

Amazingly informative video! I only wanted to add a small (perhaps obvious) detail to how the damage works. The charge will only affect the one building component it is stuck to. So it doesn't matter if you try to throw it on the edge of two floorings, or in between two walls. It will only damage one of them.

Dear Tony, big fan of your work and love your videos!. Tony I play on a PVE server that always seems to have sleeping nakeds everywhere and well basically they're just mooching space from us active folks by commiting a crime of the most heinous sort LOITERING!, this makes me feel bad for our server admin because he has to deal with such a high level of crime because of this. I would ask you Tony, what is the correct amount of Satchel Charges to use on these criminals and should I charge my server admin for the trouble of doing this?. Looking forward to your next video ^^

Dear Von, flesh and bone is quickly turned to mulch using one satchel, but your mileage may vary if said criminal is using armour. Additionally, I don't think satchels actually stick to these reprobates, so it might be that they just run away and your satchel is wasted; or you might just kill everyone in the immediate area, including your good self.

You can get skins for wooden & armoured doors also - as well as garage doors.
