Long time viewer, love your channel but I had to come say you should try onion soup again. Cook waaay more onions, waaaay slower, and waaay longer. They should have no bite left to them and they will caramelize just fine on their own with plenty of sweetness before you add the liquid. For the bread and cheese, you can put a little slice in your air fryer to toast it then add cheese to roast and then toss it into your bowl. You want some depth in your bowl so it's actually a hearty soup with bread on top. Finally you want to take the woman's offer on cheese next time! Makes a huge difference. "better than beef" bouillon will make your onion soup have more flavor. Add a dash of paprika and a dash of balsamic vinegar for added flavor, too. Stay safe out there! It's fun seeing Canada, I've never seen much of that side of Canada before.
Good morning. Welcome to Canada. It can be cold. I grew up in north of Québec (Chibougamau). Used to be -45c without wind, at times it was -55c or worse. But it was dry cold not damp. Have you figured out why we live on the southern part of the country? LOL. If you drive an hour and a half north there’s actual cold weather waiting for you. Try skiing on Mount Tremblant. You’re still better off living in Canada.

I'm orginally from Michigan, so snow mounds/mountains are normal and lovely for me. However, I been living in Chicago for last decade and a half. It the cold snaps that get to me. 10-30 degress's I'm fine, but those 0 to -15+ moments make me want to cry. Luckliy I live in a conda, so I can crank my heat to 70-80 and it doesn't effect my HOA fee's.

That's the exact temp I was sleeping in last week in Alberta! -13°C, in my SUV with minimal windows coverings 😅 (ie zero insulation, just a thin curtain) I have to say I was toasty warm! lol
1:50 "What is that guy wearin... oh my gosh"... lol.. Welcome to Canada and -18°C or 0°F is normal for us in January so we are used to it. The further north you go the colder it will be. But caution heading East to the island (PEI or Prince Edward Island)... won't be as cold but during long winter snow storms the snow drifts can bury a house. 🥶🥶❄❄☃☃FYI, if you're not used to drive in cold weather, then the majority of us who drive bother to swap our all season tires for snow tires.
You need to get yourself a warm winter coat, boots and you will enjoy being outside in the cold.

Dude I'm in Peterborough Ontario. Come experience some snowmobiling and ice fishing in our ice hut!
I hope he sees this. I'd love to see him do that
fyi. Not skipping the lame ads so you get paid. Your videos are great. I like to imagine doing the same thing as I sit in a cube for a living
Arslan I just love your personality and your videos! Congrats on 300k but, now 303k 😃😃😃
The snow is beautiful. We just had snow in Florida, 😊
It’s been cold everywhere here in US. Even FL. It’s been below zero for low and 20 degrees F for high here in KY. Warming up today to 45 😊
😂😂😂I live on the Coastal Central California and for the 1st time this Winter it dropped high 50degreesF. for the next week and I’m🥶🥶🥶😂
Omg splenda in French onion soup is insane 😂
Agreed!
Brrrrrrrrrrrrr!! I'm nomading mass currently. Car life 4yrs now.when does it end.......(never) accidentally went to sleep with one of my windows cracked at 7°f...I didn't notice with the windows placement up.. what the what the whatttttt. I tell you what I give it up to my fellow nomads in them cars with minimal windows covering. That's exhaustingly cold....knuckles from your fellow nomad 🤜🤛 stay safe out there
That's the exact temp I was sleeping in last week in Alberta! -13°C, in my SUV with minimal windows coverings 😅 (ie zero insulation, just a thin curtain) I have to say I was toasty warm! lol
@meggggg heck yea!!!
Everyone there seems really nice. I would love to move to Canada from the U.S. Maybe one day...
Bienvenu au Québec Arslan! You've been to Montreal and Quebec, you should visit Sherbrooke now! Beautiful city too
Fun in the snow then go inside to warm up. Excellent plan. I did that as a kid. Enjoy wintery Canada.❤
Your doing great proud of you 🇨🇦
Bye Arslan! Stay safe! You have lots of people cheering you on!
Sorry my friend you destroyed the French Onion Soup. Somewhere French people are screaming sacrilege, however you enjoyed it.
I haven't spent a winter in North America for 16 years. And I'll continue to do so for as long as I live.
Good idea. It's dangerous and stupid around here. The combo is deadly. Stay safe.
Hello... fellow Canadian here! You need to get a proper winter coat to survive here!
