It requires getting grandmaster of 2 related talents, doing a short quest to get the basic skills, and the rest is purely leveling up, it ranks the skills as your "arcana talent level" usually around 20 rebirths or more to max the skills, but they hand out rebirth pots and forgetful potions like they're worthless now, just do some events.
I'm so disappointed. I LOVE alchemy, but I hate using a bow. I've always loved Alchemy, since back before talents were a thing. I was hoping the arcana would mainly use alchemy but its just a bow with alchemy-like effects. So disappointing. Another arcana using mage is kinda lame too, we already have one using Mage.
On the plus side, since we have one with mage as supporting, and now one with mage as the main attribute, that might mean you get an arcana with alchemy as the main attribute down the line! For clarity : Main attribute = what weapon you need Supporting attribute = what other talent makes the weapon stronger.
