So it wasn't Avada Kedavra, because it is a green spell. And by the way in the movie its AVADA Kedavra, but in the books it's ADAVA Kedavra (or maybe it's just in the hungarian version....

I'm pretty sure that Molly didn't use avada kedavra against Bellatrix, she used a common spell but her cause was way better than Bellatrix's cause (Bellatrix just wanted to kill, while Molly wanted to protect) which killed Bellatrix.
