I never understood why Tiny Living didn't come with spiral staircases. As you always say, "the Sims 4 could never ". (love it!)
because they’re too lazy to make more animations
I’ve been playing The Sims 2 for the first time since my childhood this week. The first house I moved into had a spiral staircase and I felt very much like Satch because I thought to myself, “The Sims 4 is shaking in its boots right now” 😂
Over on twitter I'm constantly bringing it up when I can.
Modders really make the sims 4 what it is
They sure put a lot of passion in to it!
I always get nervous when I see a video about new sims 4 content. At first I'm all oh no another update my game might be broken again! Then I let out a sigh of relief when I find out its just another mod.

I'm disappointed. I thought spiralstares was an update. But of course it's a mod. I'm not a fan of mods. I think they're ruining the game. But the content is still beautiful.
Mods are most definitely damaging the game even more. But no one will admit this because mods make the game more 'fun'.
In reality, they are putting more damage to an already damaged code core. EA Knows this and so do we.
We all still choose to knowingly continue to play on a broken game, and...to add game breaking content to it.
I don't understand why people do this.
@@unpopularopinion5449 there are mods that literally fix live mode bugs, how are mods damaging the game?
Modders don't get hired by ea to fix what they refuse to, they do it for free and occasionally some ask for money via patreon
I don't usually care to figure out using mods, but sims 4 is so buggy and barren as just the base game that I've actually spent time on figuring out a few mods and they didn't damage my gameplay or performance. Figuring out mods has been much easier than trying to torrent the rest of the game (I only have base purchased)
EA put out a busted product and modders actively work to fix it so I'm genuinely confused on how you think ppl spending their free time to improve a game for free damages that game?
There has been another spiral staircase mod for a while (Syboulette I think). But the animation is just "teleportation" up to the next floor. LittleMs Sam has a working elevator (WEE) mod. I may try this one later.

i honestly don't understand how the sims team could make ladders, but can't figure out how to make spiral staircases. it would probably only take them like a few days if they really put some effort into it

I played 1-3 religiously for years i justt got into 4 recently after swearing it off-and youre telling me the game still doesnt officially have spiral staircases 😭 sims 1 even had them
Can you imagine all the amazing work that could be done officially if EA hired these super talented modders?? This is insane! Fully functioning spiral staircases with beautifully fluid walking animations? Sure it needs a couple of tweaks but this is a huge breakthrough!
Remember had that in sims 1 on desktops.
Adding "mod" to the title would have been appreciated and far less click-baity. Sorry, this is one of my pet peeves. There's no way it wasn't intentional.

I had spiral staircases for a while now. I am not sure which cc is that but that's basically an elevator that looks like a spiral staircase, so Sims don't walk, they just teleport

I imagine a lot of crazy cloths and absurd furniture. It should include a new city with Shanince Shanice and her sister as townies.

Modders are awesome. Actually doing what the sims won't do but have done in the past. I love the sims but EA dissapoint me in so many ways. And yet I hate that I keep giving them my money when something that seems awesome comes out. And then to my disappointment it turns out to be garbage *cough Wedding Stories cough*. I like getting more build and buy and CAS stuff. Some gameplay with some packs are cool but most are meh. You play a little bit then you are over it. For example stranger vile. I played that then was over it same as jungle adventure etc you get the jist of it. Anywho kay bye also wondering since im new here what's the story behind Shanice Shanice I love that btw. Its fun to say. :)
