Dude can apparently physically restructure our DNA and alter our past to make some class changes like Sorcerer work, but he won’t do it if you break a pinky promise.
That actually kind of makes sense for the type of being that withers is. I’m sure you know, he’s the original god of death. He’s not good, but he’s not necessarily evil - he is a god and gods in dnd are expected to be more in the role of a supervisor. They understand the need for evil as much as good. If you take an oath - you are beholding yourself with responsibility to maintain that oath, just as withers use to maintain an oath of responsibility to the dead. Makes sense that withers doesn’t care if you’re good or bad, but he expects you to stay true to yourself.
@@kapitainein well, someone made a very... Interesting mod that gives character a HUGE pair of Homgus Donkus on their chest. Withers was not an exception.
Probably just a way of adding some drawback to the class. 'Cause Imma be honest. Sure the fact I still only have lvl 2 spell slots at lvl 8 is a real bummer, Especially since I can't Upcast aid- But holy mother of god, at an AC of 22, with 5 less damage taken, and a plethora of hard hitting spells and fat heals. Nothing can stop me.
This is the first time I tried out this class and losing the oath was purely accidental. The spells of this class are new to me. But I do know one thing - When the Paladin Smites, he smites hard and make a loud sonic boom sound and I love it.
No sprinkeling in some warlock? That is what i did with Wyll. 3rd levle smites on short rest aswell as 3 attacks on lvl 10. It's amazing. You can go darkness build with some crit enhancement aswell depending on the items tou got.
Oathbreaker Knight flipped out on my camp once he cought me pickpocketing Old Bone Daddy and suddenly the other hirelings were trying to kill me he even one shotted my Doggy scratch! Ugh needless to say I don't know if it was a bug or something normal but yeah definitely careful with pickpocketing around the oathbreaker knight 😂
Oathbreaker Knight: I need 1000 gold to restore your oath. Me: I'd rather pay 1000 gold to Withers to change my class. Meanwhile Withers: Now pay 1000 +1000 to both of us if you want to change your class lol.
Oathbreaker: "As an Oathbreaker, you will use powers of darkness and evil." Oathbreaker gameplay: spamming radiant damage divine smites like any other holy paladin, except edgier. Me: "Powers of darkness my ass."

I guess when it comes to the matter of coin, he wants his friend's debts be settled first 😂.
"pinky promise" is such a funny way of putting the oath lmao
WIthers has no objection if the player goes m**der hobo at the grove but break an oath and he has something to say.
morals are important, it is told to us since kindergarten 😂

I cant see withers without big naturals anymore
What big naturals did Withers have? Did I miss out anything in the game? Why am I getting the feeling asking this question is a mistake ..😅

I wish there was more utility for an oath breaker besides a few necromancy spells, considering most enemies are immune to necrotic in act 2 and 3 😭
I only wish there was a way to recruit the Knight as a Party member or a one time Spell. Mods, a little help in here.
I just want his armor
@@SystemOverload Whenever I see the armour I feel like this one's got to be the best one in BG3.
In fact majority of enemies in act 2 are not immune to necrotic damage but to poison. Even apostle of Myrkul can be damaged by necrotic spells.

I have a question is the song in the video from BG3 or other Larian games?
Two soundtracks featured in the video:
1. BG3 OST - Song of Balduran.
2. BG3 OST - Guardian form Romance.
