😂😂😂 Definitely didn't feel like a rock star after that trip......just glad we got through everything. Hindsight....it was one of the most exciting trails we've done! Thanks for the comment.
I like the channel guys. I'm about to inherit a 2010 4runner from my wife (when we get her a new car). Would love to hear more about your set up. Especially tire and rim size, along with anything you had to do to make them fit. Also would be interested to hear what order you would do things in (as far as mods go). Do you use the stock spare tire hanger under the trunk? Thanks for any tips you give.
Good luck with you new build. We didn't do things in the order I wanted for various reasons. Started with the tires so that we could get on some trails ASAP. Went with BFG KO2 275x75R17, had to sell our 19"rims and bout the TRD factory ones. If we had already put our suspension on I would have went to 285s but the 275s were as big as we could go without doing front modifications. Suspension lift came next (Toytec Alumina Boss 2.5-3"). Then started on the recovery gear (winch /etc.). Factory spare tire hanger has been OK for now (we just have the factory spare). Hopefully you are inheriting a TRD or SR5 model, our limited has some real challenges when adding the winch and bumper.
@@dustybunnsoverlandandadventure Thanks guys. I have the SR5. So hopefully the front bumper will go well for me. I'll let you know whenever I get there.
Thanks! Souther Style Offroad is where we got the bumper, highly recommend them unless you have a limited edition 4 runner like ours (had to modify the front cover quite a bit).
You two are rock stars!✨

Thats area is home for me! Ive been riding those trails on fourwheelers and sxs’s for many years. Very beautiful country!
It sure is! We just love that area, only wish we were closer. Didn't even know about it until a couple of years ago.

Where did you get that bull bar/winch?
Southern Style Offroad Slimline Hybrid Bumper.
Nice video and music choices. Who makes your front winch bumper?
