Hearing this piece played for the first time live back in 1981, that sonorous PPG voice was one of the most futuristic sounds I'd ever encountered/heard. Simply out of this world. And it still sounds out of this world today. It's strange seeing TD back without any of the line up from the 70's and 80's, but that said, Thorsten Quaeschning is doing an exceptionally fine job at clawing the original essence and emotion of TD back. Raum is also a masterpiece. Bravo! Please may it continue.
I so love you brought your kid. (I can hear the two of you talking in the video.) How old is your little guy? (Was the sound loud?) TD played in Montreal in 2012 - and at the time, my kid was maybe 5 and I thought he was too young for a concert like this. They don't come to North America very often.
@@boshkodjordjevich7424 I was about 7 rows back from the stage but on the left side..my son is 26 and TD is not really his cup of tea,but I was hoping to inspire him to enjoy the music so that i can pass my massive TD vinyl collection to him.
I love Tangerine Dream I listen to them everyday ! Egar Froese was a great musician with many talents. And the new group is beyond wonderful!!
While I'm not in you're league I would listen to them 4-5 times a week. As you say they are beyond wonderful.👍

Wow!!! I saw TD in about 1980. Surely it's not the same people in the band?
