And instead of embracing them, the powers that be want them gone. Why? They bring in big money and crowds to their streams. There's definitely a bias for fleshtubers on Twitch, and that bias is very likely because most (it not all) of those IRL female streamers are doing some heavy "under the desk work" for the mods, admins, and even the owner.
I think it's quite harsh to make statements like that, can't just say "they're whores" and blame it on that. there are tons of vtuber whores who you'll love on. It's about the money they bring to the platform.

I suspect it’s something to do with the fact that for an irl streamer, their body is their body, and they don’t really decide what they look like. An irl streamer looking sexy could theoretically just be a person looking the way they normally do and dressing how they feel comfortable. But a vtuber, it’s a model. They got to decide every single aspect of the way they look, and could design for aesthetics unconstrained by any form of realism. So if they have big booba or skimpy outfits, it’s because they were intentionally designed that way. An irl wardrobe malfunction could be a legitimate mistake, for a vtuber, they designed the outfit and model to be able to show that, then they hit the button that they decided to create. Even if they didn’t intend to hit the button or move that way, they could have easily made it impossible to show those unintended things and didn’t. Now, are those irl streamers actually looking that way and doing those things accidentally? No, of course not, but they theoretically could be. Take Sinder for example. We’ve seen her irl vlogs, she has a big chest. If she was an irl streamer, people would look at her chest and comment on it, no matter what she wore, and there would be little she could do about it. But because she’s a vtuber, she could have done something about it in her model. She could have made her model chest smaller and less prominent and less provocative. She chose not to. So because the irl streamer didn’t have a choice but the vtuber did, the irl streamer gets more leeway.
Entirely cope on this. Many IRL streamers LITERALLY streamed in bathtubs. I'm talking doing nothing but in bikinis. There are many streamers who intentionally stream in very showy clothing and the "malfunction" is only an accident in the way that they didn't know when it woudl happen. There are even IRL streamers who would wear just paint. SUre they don't choose the bodies they have but that has nothing to od with whether they use them in provocative ways or not. I think the only one where it was pretty clear there was no actual bias was the "streaming on the breasts" thing where IRL and Vtubing streamers would literally put game streams on their chest or butt.

I've heard some people theorize that the bias is because Twitch is using AI to enforce it, and AI is better at recognizing 2D art than real images.

i think it had something to do with hips beeing too exposed for new tos standards so it had to be redrawn or something.

Based on a quick google search: A high end Vtuber model and rigging can cost more than breast implants.
