When you get into this game you really start seeing the importance of squad leaders and teamplay. Coordinating attacks and defence are key and there is a real in depth strategy in this game. The community is great, a lot of good servers, and thank god for admins controlling on team killing grievers. No cheats, and if so immediate server ban for those who ruin the game play. Best first person shooter out there in my opinion.
@I'm Still Alive not really. Always a few servers full in eu here. And latenight i switch to Us server and its running fine. Not much ping issues even if its 200+. Best ww2 shooter if you like realism.
Just find a server that is good for new players, most put it in the title, don't be afraid to ask people in game for help! The biggest thing is to remember to communicate with your team and those around you, Squad is a TEAM based game, you will get no where playing as an individual, you MUST COMMUNICATE. Squad isn't for kids with ADHD, it's all about the long-term investment and feeling rewarded for effort put in. I find it funny that people still think that games like Squad, Post Scriptum, HLL, or even Project Reality mod for BF2 are "realistic and or milsim" when theses games are actually a balanced blend of classic BF and psuedo milsim mechanics all built around rewarding actual teamwork between squad members and also between squads via a command system. Basically where DICE abandoned experimenting with new formulas in favor of cut copy and pasted assets for anual titles the OG BF mod communities never stopped evolving the formula .... Hell they got tired of waiting for DICE to realize what the core communities want and so said mod teams started making their own games abandoning what's left of the desecrated carcass now known as the BF franchise.

Mitch Miller Beware. SQUAD is a game to plunch thousands of hours in. Especially if u join a proper clan. Also there will be more factions coming, such as the French Foreign Legion, Australia and the German Army. Our Bundeswehr Mod Team is working on a 64 km2 Map as well.
This video was quite satisfying to watch because I had the greatest mentor in hardcore shooter too. He had explained me literally every single detail so instead of being punished by other players I started with strong confidence that I‘m not a pile of noob trash. I wish that many solitary player would have such great advisor and teammate. I’m looking forward to play „Squad“ on next week (I‘m so hyped that words can’t tell!)

I’ve played loads of battlefield and I’ve noticed while playing squad that it all depends on your squad and squad leaders. I’ve found myself in the most badass moments and intense firefights in squad and it is so thrilling.
It's starting to pick up big time. It's getting recognized as being somewhere between battlefield and arma, with a little more in common with the milsim aspects
Far from the best, but still a decent game. Maybe as a military simulator aimed for immersion, it is, but other fps games are far more balanced and/or fun.
Hey jack just a vehicle tip for you if you hit Z, it stabilizes your turret giving you mobile advantage especially when the vehicle is turning left to right. If you keep it off, your turret will move the same direction as the main body of the vehicle causing you to correct the turret angle every time. Trust me stabilization will change the way you fight. “Oscar out”!

Great to see u playing squad again jack, also great vid. Few tips for gunning, always have stability assist on if possible, don't be afraid to zoom in when you have a target, and remember there is penetration of walls now in the game.
The next gen consoles might be able to handle it, but how popular would it be with console players? The pace of Squad can be pretty damn slow sometimes, I've been in a squad before just building a FOB most the round and didn't even see an enemy until about an hour and half into the round. DICE should of taken Battlefield more in Squad's direction (at least over the direction they went with BfV), imagine a little more casual and action packed Squad.
1 Voodoo Gaming This game is less taxing then battlefield five, so it’s not even about hardware as much as it is the fan base. Console players are mostly people that have short attention spans so a game like squad would most likely tank.

The next gen consoles might be able to handle it, but how popular would it be with console players? The pace of Squad can be pretty damn slow sometimes, I've been in a squad before just building a FOB most the round and didn't even see an enemy until about an hour and half into the round. DICE should of taken Battlefield more in Squad's direction (at least over the direction they went with BfV), imagine a little more casual and action packed Squad.

1 Voodoo Gaming This game is less taxing then battlefield five, so it’s not even about hardware as much as it is the fan base. Console players are mostly people that have short attention spans so a game like squad would most likely tank.

This game looks really great. The only thing it misses is destructible environment. It'd be so awesome!

Jokes aside, a Battlefield game that plays like an actual battlefield game, it's awesome!
Problem was never with the diverse soldier types, as a woman I want my multiplayer character to resemble myself for immersion (just my multiplayer character nothing else in the game)

While I have no problem seeing a woman on the battlefield I absolutely refuse to fight alongside any self proclaimed incel type
