    My Question is "when definition of done created in scrum"?

    • @vdespa
      @vdespa  ปีที่แล้ว

      In Scrum, the "Definition of Done" is a shared understanding of what it means for a piece of work to be complete. This definition is typically created and agreed upon by the Scrum Team, and can be revised and updated over time as needed. It is a key concept in Scrum, as it helps the team to determine when a product increment is ready for release, and ensures that the team delivers high-quality, working software. The Definition of Done is typically created at the beginning of a project, and can be refined as the project progresses and the team gains a better understanding of the work involved.

    Hey Valentin, I am planning for PSM-1 and decided to give exam by Jan'21. Please suggest whether should I study 2017 guide or go straight with 2020 edition ? Which one is easier to clear ? Thanks in advance.

      Most students need 2-3 weeks for the prep. So there is still time to pass before the 9th of Jan 21 (which I highly recommend you do). If this is the case, use the 2017 version.

      @@paulgradinger8907 I think they will change to reflect the current Scrum Guide. Good luck with your prep.

      Your manager will contact you, he will try to find out what are the main problems you are encountering and will help you to be better. If you don't improve yourself again then what will happen is obvious :))
