Kenny I got a challenge for you. It’s called the Noah’s ark challenge: build a team containing 2 players of each sets of overall starting at 60. For example 2 60 overalls, 2 70 overalls, 2 80 overalls, 2 90 overalls and 2 95+ overalls. All players must get significant minutes. Sounds easy right? But you have to have a 4+ star proficiency in grit and grind, maintain the best record in the league, and 3 peat. Good luck Kenny and thanks for the best content!

The "Are we living in a simulation" challenge. Something I've done myself to make 2k interesting. Do a longer simulation, at least 5 years, and try to re-create history. Pick a year and starting with that year try to make the same team win a championship every year. Example if you pick to start in 2004 you'd try to make the pistons win a ring, followed by the spurs and so on.

Day 3:New Found Friends
I don't know how hard this challenge will be so here are a couple different ways to execute it.
Version 1: No one on your final rotation on your team could be teammates in the past at all.
Version 2: No one on your final rotation on your team could be teammates in past 10 years or adjust the years to something you think would be a hard but completable.
This is a three year challenge to win the championship but remeber every year you have to rebuild your team because those players will have been teamates.

You should start of with ur bulls.But here’s the thing, u have to have every last pick in the fantasy draft and u should have a coaching staff full of most to all F level coaches. You have to win a championship and u have a 2 year window. but u Cant trade any first round picks in the first year. good luck and I hope u see this

Day 116 of asking Kenny, do the FlightReacts rebuilding challenge, based on his iconic sayings.
"Look at Curry Man"- Give yourself the first overall pick in serpentine pick and draft Stephen Curry- then sim rest of draft
"Irish Spring Green Green"- Acquire a player with a 85 3 point rating or higher
"I Just Didn't Have The Cameras On"- Acquire a player that won MIP as they improved their skills during the offseason with the cameras off
"I'll Be Doing That By June"- Acquire a player that was born in June
"Hall of Fame School Threat"- "Acquire a player with over 50 technical fouls in their life time career
"That's My Typa Shot"- Since Kenny is a short king you must acquire a short king- just like himself.
"And The Rest Are Nobody's"-You must have at least 1 player with an overall, below 70 and must get at least 20 minutes in your rotation
"I'm sending that to Madagascar"- Acquire a player with at least an 80 block rating
"I Have High Basketball Knowledge"- Acquire a player that went through all 4 years in college
"Made Me Happy Made, Me Smile"- Trade for a player of your own choice... and then smile when you agreed to the deal
-You should have a total of 10 players on your rotation

The Truly Impossible Challenge: Put the top 20 players in the nba (based on overall) on 4 teams (2 in each conference). Take over the lowest team in power rankings, do not trade with any of the top 4 teams, and show us what you got. 2 years for a chip 🤙🏽
Goat challenge: make a wheel with all the 2000’s and 2010’s all NBA players and spin that wheel for every stat. (Shooting, handling, defense, inside, body, speed, etc…). Then put all those stats on 1 player and put that player on the worst overall team.

Switching players’ positions does do something. When Kenny made Ben Simmons a PF, he went from an 85 to an 86. So it seems to help in certain situations.
He also hot better that season, jumped to a 87 overall
BEN SIMMONS OVERALL WENT UP WHEN KENNY CHANGED HIM TO A SMALL FORWARD. SO CHANGING OVERALLS DOES WORK FOR SPECIFIC SCENARIOS, prolly based on the player and their play still, it is also less drastic
It does, and sometimes it’s mad weird. I’m on current gen so it’s probably a bit different, but it seems similar. They nerfed it for sure. Like no more C to PF and them going up 5 overalls or anything crazy. But sometimes it makes zero sense. Like I wanted to make a PG a SG, and his overall went down 1. So just to test it, I made him a SF and it went up 2 (1 from his overall at PG) then I made him a PF and it went up 3 (2 from his overall at PG) and this was like a pretty small guy. Don’t remember exactly but certainly under 6”4, and he was a combo guard. 0 chance he could ever play PF or anything. I saw that with a couple players.
But in general it’s a lot better and less cheesy. Surprisingly 2K actually fixed something and in 95% of cases it makes sense. Like I could make a SF a PF and they’d mostly stay the same, sometimes go up 1 but mostly the same. Which makes a lot of sense for like 6”7+ SFs who can shoot and defend. They can play either position so it doesn’t really matter. In previous 2Ks making a SF a PF would reduce their overall like 99% of the time.
So I’m happy about that change. Beside the G League thing (which isn’t in current gen) and a couple small things, it looks good. Pleasantly surprised. The gameplay even seems better though I’ve only played one game and shot around a bit. I don’t play MT or Park, but just a regular game I like it wayyyy better than 2K21. The shooting is so much better. You get rewarded for wide open shots so much more, and hurt by super contested shots way more. Playing smart actually matters.
Anyway that’s my experience so far. Like I said I’m on current gen (bought both but still trying to get XBOX Series X for retail lol) but between watching youtubers play next gen and playing current…just seems like a way better game than 21. Not perfect by any means, still could be improved a lot, still things they need to fix, but like I said I’m pleasantly surprised. First new 2K that’s been better than the last in a while.

If you want to do the random team select... You can go to rosters, from the team select screen. Then just hold down the R1 or L1 and it will cycle through, similar to how you did it last year.

Kenny here's a simulation idea for you. Call it the "Fountain of Youth" simulation. I don't know if there's a roster out for this yet because this is tedious work, but basically set every player back to their rookie 2k rating and simulate 5 years and see if 2k can accurately project their career trajectory or if they become a worse version of themselves (ex: what if Steph Curry just becomes a 84 overall role player instead of a 96 overall superstar?). Preciate you Kenny!
A challenge similar to this one. Do the same thing but see how many years you can go. So the first team doesn’t have to be “overpowered” but it has to be good enough to win a championship, then the next season you rebuild the worst team to beat them in finals. Every season rinse and repeat but you can’t do any trades with any of the previous teams you’ve rebuilt so the challenge will become more and more impossible as it continues. Good luck!

You should do a rebuilding challenge where you can only use players that are in or have been in the g league, this hast to be irl you can’t take a player that the hornets decided to put in the g league during simulation. You can take guys like Spenser Dinwidie or Hassan Whiteside.
