    Practicing this kind of situations alone is quite difficult, but I find it very interesting. Thanks.

    All the people arguing about it being fake are making me nauseous. “Are they gonna fight in slow motion”
    No it’s training and they are explaining to people the holds. Don’t get shit if you can’t see shit.

    Very awesome work you guys do. I wish Systema was available in my local area. A lot of these techniques are very similiar to Krav Maga and I like that because I can combine them both.

    So, after watching your video, I have new technique for senior self-defence class, they always questioned the reasonableness of blocks. What works well in senior citizen self defence class, that works well everywhere :)

    Systema can beat Muay Thai and MMA. It has a knee defence

  •  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Goodluck trying that in a Muay thai clinch. The clich will be so strong that the head can't break out of it but here the guy doesn't even clinch properly. The clinch is also different than what is shown here. Might work in a street fight, but not against a Muay thai fighter.

      i hope everyone don't get robbed / assaulted by muay fighter, because i think it is very rare that thugs do practice proper martial art.

      I was thinking about flying to Thailand and picking a fight with a Pro Muay Thai fighter...until I read your comment.

    Nice. It wont work against a real attacker, but nice (and bullshido of course, because systema does not work!)

      You have never taken systema by you comments. I have and it is brutal.

      After 8yrs krav-maga, a couple month BJJ and 15yrs army i recognize bullshido if i see it. Name one guy who fights other for money or life (mma, ufc, cops, ..) who use systema or show my one clip with systema vs bjj or krav-maga. One! Only one! And not this bullshido master with 62in hip and his cooperating fanboys. And please.. dont come with speznas because the'll never practice systema!

      the US secret service uses Systema as their premier martial arts, self-defense, and protective services SOP. you clearly have no idea what your are talking about

    • @GrumpyCrash
      @GrumpyCrash 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      *LOL* Keep dreaming fanboi! Systema is non working bullshido and the US Secret Service *don't* practice it; so stop lying!

      Hello friend, FYI the Bravo (Indonesian Airforce Elite Squad) are including systema on their arsenal. to be honest i'm struggling to have systema training access without military networks. i currently have 2years on kapap also and might agree on it's lethal and practicality against street hostiles.
      however, i'm intrigued that lots BJJ people always said that Systema, Aikido, Sambo etc doesn't work. made me more curious and want to try.
