Hi mam, 🤗 am studying ca foundation course, we have a exams of bcom 2nd semester so , I really felt very peaceful n clear ❤ understand of concepts , i just took a book and read the meaning , definitions, and all these i just understand some what that's all but the teachers only. Can teach the subjects wonderfully n such a meaningfully that the difference of students own preparation n teachers ❤.. struggles....

Meaning of joint venture:
.. joint venture means a association of two or more persons to carry the business of temporary period , it's has no need of firms name , it's a partnership of without name of joint venture..
Meaning:
Joint venture is defined as a kind of business which carry the two or more persons jointly venture the specific business in an agreed contribution of profits n lossess arising due to the temporary period of the completion ...
Features of joint venture:
.... Joint venture is a temporary period it's comes to tend after the completion of the venture
..... It's carry the business of two or more persons with a temporary period.
.... It's has no specific firm name ...
..... The main motive of business is to make profits ,and distribution among the co ventures in they agreed profits ratio
...... The joint venture of persons are free to continue their own business in unless agreed ....❤❤..
