It is narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ that the Noble Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم has stated, 'Whoever recites Surah Yasin on the night before Friday [i.e. Thursday night forgiveness will be granted for him
