That decal definitely goes on the other side always under the fuel filter and not under the regulator. The front brake line runs along the lower member and the T connector is on the lower side of the picture frame.

I’ve seen one pic with the placard under the regulator, but yea you’re right, All the other pics I see do show it under the filter. But every pic I’ve looked at for the brake line shows it on the top rail the way I did it. Thanks for watching and commenting.

@@customfabrications That is fine anyway I do own the real thing 1962 restored but it’s a RHD coup. If you need anything……

I’m building the same car, but yours is better. I can tell you that you’re going to end up completely remaking the suspension and brakes at both ends, because the kit parts are rubbish.

Thanks! I haven’t really looked at the back end yet, but based on the front, I just assumed the back would be just as bad. I really didn’t expect to do all this work when I first started. But yea, the kit details really aren’t good. Thanks for watching and commenting!

I’m looking forward to seeing how you deal with the suspension and brakes. I tend to use Evergreen for kit-bashing, but after watching your videos, I will explore brass, tin etc.

I use styrene quite a bit, but for parts that I’m concerned might brake, or if metal would look better, then I use metal. Aluminum is easy to drill, file, and shape. So is brass, but brass is easy to solder. And I usually don’t know how I’ll do something until I actually start doing it. So at the moment, I’m not sure how I’ll rebuild the rear end, but it’ll probably be mostly brass.@@chriscraddock8327
