use rib nuts for the dash will make it easier for removal in the future. also when you put the wind shield in use a spray bottle with soap and water to help the seal slide in
Well, the one that came with the new dash will be too deep I think. I may modify it a bit or use the original. Not quite sure as I haven't really looked at that yet.
It is deeper I think I cut mine down, my original glove box was made for cardboard, also check the back of the dash there is no way to mount the gauges

Yeah, about the only thing that'll ever fit in a Jeep glove box is -- a glove... As long as it's a size small and made of cotton for easy folding.. :)
The room around the glove box behind the dash will be tight
