Here is a tour of Leodis Residences - University of Leeds Accommodation.

Would you say the accommodation is over subscribed, or a lot of people sign up for it

I’d say it’s a medium ground, you’re likely to get a place there if you apply for it. People usually end up there after applying for an oversubscribed accommodation.

Hi Marie, Leodis is relatively modern. The kitchens are nice and the bedrooms aren't too bad. They have a lovely common room which is also relatively modern.

The majority of flats have 6 rooms, a minority have 5.

From what I remember, it was around £120 for the year (which is incredibly good). It may have gone up since then though.
