Thank U so so so much. By applying this technique I have done this asana accurately at the first time,I feel so happy,so confident.I am so so grateful to U.
That's really helpful, Natalie. I've just given it a go, and although I still can't quite bind on the second side, I got a lot closer than I've managed before. I'll be sure to keep practising that now.
Amazing walkthrough and tips! This helped me get from just being able to reach my pinky toe (uncomfortably) to reaching my middle toe (comfortably). Excited to keep practicing this as I continue to unlock my shoulder/thoracic mobility.
I have never been able to do even padmasana and I was completely hopeless about baddha padmasana .But after watching this video I was soo surprised to see that I was able to do baddha padmasana
Dear Natalie I can only managed to hold my toes on one side. Could you recommend any asanas to help open up the other shoulder so that I can do this pose?
I am almost a practitioner of 2 years of yoga practice. My legs doesn't touch the groins.... It's not coming backward. That's the reason am unable to touch the legs.
Yes if you have very flexible and open hips both knees will touch the ground, but you can see I have a bit more tightness in my left hip so the knee is still lifted! It doesn't mean it's not right, it just means I am on a journey :)
Wow, after 2 years of struggling with Baddha Padmasana, this tutorial got me over the finish line in 2 days. Thank you so much. Peace & Love

That's great Pooja! Keep practising and it will come

In lotus pose both knees should be touching the ground but your left knee always stays up you are not doing it right.
