Super interesting. I think taking a blend between advanced analytics and Jim's approach is the best bet. He really has praise for almost everyone but the NFL is incredibly unforgiving. Excusing red flags because of physical tools really isn't the way to go in my opinion. Legette's red flags are way too big to ignore imo but Pearsall's make a bit of sense. That being said the thing that wasn't mentioned was consistency which is extremely important. There will always be great athletes that fail at the NFL level because they cannot be consistent. Also a lot of advanced analytics usefulness for fantasy managers is identifying busts that are drafted highly. Every year we will have players like Quentin Johnston who are just awful straight off the bat even though they're drafted in the first round. We also see players have solid rookie seasons that have the physical tools but their inefficiency hidden in the advanced stats reveals that they might not be what they're hyped to be. I think Nagy looks at things from a human standpoint heavily which is important but there are just a lot of elements to the game that aren't tied to physical tools and maturity.
