I actually really liked this game, and I still do. It may not be as good as the gw2, but It has it's own charm. And nothing is more satisfying than popping a night cap or an acorn in their face with a fully charged sniper shot from ya boi Captain Deadbeard.

If you didn’t know, there was gonna be an iceberg lettuce character but they didn’t add it to the game for some reason. Imagine if that character actually got added to the game. I wish it was added because it’s so cool. Pun not intended. It would also be the counter to brainium basher since it can freeze the brainium.
I don’t think it actually got scrapped at all. I believe it was slated for the next update, but EA cancelled the game and the devs didn’t get to add it to the game even though it was pretty much complete. Kinda sucks that it never got added.

Yeah, I used to love Battle for Neighborville when I played it in 2019 and 2020. I was really excited for all the content that was coming like Iceberg Lettuce, Ops Phase 3, More Legendary Upgrades, New Costumes and much more. But it got cancelled so they just stopped all of their projects just like that 😢

If you're curious, the reason why there's so many new players to BFN switch is because the game is almost constantly on sale for $15-$20 dollars

The first video I ever watched from you is “If Battle For Neighborville Characters Were Honest”. Growing up for me was really hard before because a lot of stuff happened to me. I went through a lot and it was really hard. I also used to be depressed and angry before because I grew up without a mom because she just left me and she never cared about me. She just wanted to use my dad for money. Just like you said in your “Just like Old Times” Garden Warfare 2 video, you do this to entertain people and cheer them up, make them happy. Bring their minds off reality for at least like 5 minutes. You’ve been doing that for me for the last 3 years. Your “Don’t waste your life” video also made me believe that I can be the person I want to be, follow my dreams and be successful the way I want to. We love you Wolfy, you’re an absolute Bigman Legend! Just thank you for everything. I used to watch your videos without a TH-cam account but I have one now so I want participate more with the Wolf Pack community. I’m super excited to hear the news tomorrow! 🎉
What I think upsets me most about BFN is that the last update it got was honestly a good one, it rebalanced almost every upgrade in the game and overall made tons of good changes. If it had that update several months earlier, I could've seen it lasting even just a little longer. Popcap dropped the ball with this game but I'm not even sure how much was their fault, EA's fault or the fault of bad timing with the pandemic starting soon into the game's life.
I fully remember it... cause it chooses to give me nightmares everyday to just remind me of its existence...
Bfn player here. Can confirm the game is surprisingly alive on Ps4. Heck, on my own experience it is even more active than gw2. Can't say the same for PC.
Just a small correction: the prize bulb in other plataforms cost 30k. Not 60k. Still pretty expensive.

5:12 thats why i dont lile shogun guard, the shield is just an obstruction and doesnt cover enough of your character AND it makes the primary objectively worse

I'll be honest, I really enjoyed BFN a lot on the switch. While it is inferior to the other PVZ shooters, i feel that it still captured the insanity of the originals with it's gameplay even if it didn't had character variants. i liked the new characters and some of the reworks we got hopefully they can come back as new characters or variants if there's even going to be another shooter.
I thought the forgotten thing was the FIRST 3d pvz game you probably dont know it but it was a great game by the name of pvz adventures. It was so great a team of pvz fans decided to recreate it the recreation is called pvz road trip. Wolfy if you even read this consider checking how it was like. Also the game came out BEFORE pvz 2 but sadly only in about 1 year it was gone never to be seen again .

You barely see anybody playing any type of plants versus zombies shooter game anymore it is so sad to see games like this gone and forgotten.
I remember getting this game as a Christmas gift 2 years ago and I was so ready to just wreck people with 80’s action hero (he was the class I loved the most because he just looked cool heh)
But as time went by and the majority of this game’s issues were becoming more visible, I slowly stared to lose interest in the game and one day just deleted it from my ps4 because I could not have fun playing it
This video really does bring back memories of the times I had fun with BFN

I feel like, had this game continued support, BFN could've been a great game. If they'd have focused on releasing more of the legendary upgrades to give the game more variety instead of restricting players to such a limited selection, this game would've shined bright. It's a shame they cancelled it but I also understand that they handled this game all wrong. R.I.P. BFN

Honestly this game needed another year or two cuz while it's not as great as GW1 and 2 it still has its charm just a shame that it turned into a weaker version of Overwatch
People should have loved the game more, people should have supported it even though it was bad people should just, hated the game without just absolutely bashing it, I love the game it had potential and that potential got stripped away from it it could have been far but people just screwed it up. Wolfy you can agree. Give wildflower some love, she's good when you know how to use her.

Forgot? I actually still play this game honestly and I can find giddy park on Xbox and I main TV Head and Ready Up is OP on TV Head just like how Super Payload + Critical Blow is nuts on 80's (Also main him)
I can get F U L L lobby's on Xbox Giddy Park and its actually fun ngl, the amount of kills I have gotten on 80's with that build I recommend is I N S A N E and I am going to actually make a Series on my TH-cam Channel (This channel btw).
Honestly I think the only thing that ruins this game for me is the lack of damage drop off, most games I played just involves both teams being crazy far away and chipping at other people
Ah yes, the PVZ game of all time, back at it again. If they ever make another PVZ garden warfare game, they should at least have the single player be as high if not higher of quality as the one in this game

Fun fact: you can go Out Of Bounds in BFN with Wildflower and TV head in Giddy Park, in a special spot near the "Phuture Zone"
