can you rank up into kashtira ariseheart with outrigger extension or does the earth machine lock apply immediatly? An untargetable, indestructable arise heart that puts everything into defense seems decent
yes you can, as long as you don't use brutal dozer, it´s the only card that locks you into earth machine. I've been playing a version with arise and cyber dragon infinity and it's very consistent
