How to create a pre-formed nozzle insert to protect pipes from corrosion

In this video, we are going to demonstrate how to create a pre-formed nozzle insert with #Belzona 1391T and Belzona 1511 to protect pipes from internal corrosion.
#Belzona 1391T is a two-component anti-corrosion coating designed to protect equipment from erosion and corrosion damage. Specifically, this heat resistant system is suited to equipment operating under continuous immersion at temperatures up to 130°C (266°F)
Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal) is a high temperature, paste-grade system for rebuilding equipment damaged by erosion-corrosion. This material can also be used as a high-strength structural adhesive or for the creation of irregular load bearing shims.
With the combination of both and a machined process, it is possible to develop a nozzle insert piece to protect pipes from erosion, corrosion, and chemical attack, and extend the working life with minimal downtime.
The purpose of this video is to demonstrate how we can create a preformed nozzle insert with a combination of both products and how these products can be machined to get the specified size for a specific application.
