I missed my last semester by a few points. I begged them to give me the points but they wouldn’t. I had to retake the whole semester over and not graduate with my class. I was sad pissed and over it. It hurts.
I failed my 1st semester of nursing school and it was the best thing that ever happened(though i couldnt see it at that time). Here I am now, going into my last semester. Keep going and keep your head up!
I truly appreciate someone who shows the hard part of nursing school. I don’t really care to see the perfect straight-A student who has “everything together” Not saying that you don’t, but I love raw and real vloggers like you❤️ best of luck

I failed my first semester of nursing school and was so devastated. All my friends moved on without me and I had to stay behind. I didn’t see it at the time but it was such a blessing in disguise. I learned how to study better and met new amazing people! I graduated 2 weeks ago and take my NCLEX this Saturday!
I have 2nd semester nursing finals starting tomorrow and I'm nervous but leaving it up to God at this point. You're so right, God has a specific plan for everyone❤💕
Hi Mady! Words of encouragement, take it one day at a time, pray, believe in yourself, pray some more, and push through. You talk about God all the time and He won’t get you this far to leave you. Keep the faith and rock it out! 😘
So many didn’t make it to where you’re at today. Med-surg is HARD! You’re gonna blow it out the park next semester!

You’ll be a great nurse one day! My mom is a nurse and it took her 6 years to get her BSN, she partied the first year of college and had to retake the whole thing. Finally, She worked in the ER as an RN for many years and got a masters in nursing informatics and she loves what she does now! I just finished my second semester of DPT school, all science majors are very challenging but the healthcare field is so rewarding. You tried your best and you’ll do awesome :) finishing at 22 years old or 22.5 years old is nothing in the long run!! This scenario is so common, and you’re so hardworking and beautiful, best of luck to u!! And also with your going to community college you don’t really need to worry about money! You got this!

“I’m not on my time, I’m on God’s time” I love that so much ❤️ I’m leaving university after 1.5 years to follow my dream of nursing and I’ve experienced the feeling of being behind my friends. Good for you to sharing your struggles. A lot of people fail nursing school but no one talks about it!!! I have had my struggles and I completely understand. It sucks but we got!! No matter what happens keep going and keep pushing!!!!
I adore you and your channel! I started nursing school in August too so I completely understand all of the emotions you must be feeling. hi madi, i just came across your channel, and i am so happy i did. i know this video in particular is from a while ago but it is exactly what i needed. i am on my pre-nursing journey right now, just finished my first semester in the spring. i had gone to a college in the fall of 2019 but got so homesick that i came back home and lost that semester and ever since then i have felt so behind when in reality it’s is just a semester. i love how you said that we are not on our timing but on God’s and i have truly learned that lesson first hand. thank you for positing these honest videos and i will pray that you will pass your nursing classes and become a great nurse one day :)
I appreciate your vulnerability SO MUCH. It’s so hard to share the tough things when it seems like no one else has them and you feel like everyone else is perfect! Everything really does happen for a reason! I know so many people who had to re-do a semester of nursing school and I know they’re happy with where they are. Thanks for being so transparent in sharing your entire journey through your first semester!! The first semester of nursing school is a HUGE adjustment and so many people have been in the same position as you are and have made it through and became amazing nurses so you will too!!! With hard work, your passion, and your determination you can do anything you put your mind to!! I’ve actually just graduated from school with my BSN and am now on the RN job hunt, if I can do it you can too!! Sending you lots of positive energy 🥰
