Not all movies need hype. Imagine watching B and B with soo much hype. People would have hated it. All Kalki needs is people knowing that movie is getting released. That can be achieveed even a week before movie release.
When you are coming with a different concept, its always better to keep the hype in control. Because when people start expecting they will be disappinted if they don't see the thing they are expecting.
