      @@westcoastpurp1239 if you think that’s better than a 45 min fade you need a new barber. From what I could see there wasn’t enough time to work his way through the guards. That resulted in some heavy areas/lines. Good effort to the barber though he said 5 mins and he did 5 mins.

      @@prettyboideno6275 I mean, no. not at all. Your mindset is twisted to think I’m a hater when in fact I’m only appreciating from a distance while also giving an opinion. Maybe you don’t care about your looks but others do and lines in your head isn’t something that sits well. Again, not hating but there’s things to improve overall.

    • @JustinTrades
      @JustinTrades 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @SlimZ definitely disagree. Why would you want to give your clients a 5minute service and not actually treat them with respect and care? You’re under selling yourself and your client doesn’t know better. YOU’RE the barber, YOU have to be the one to make sure your client looks the best he/she can at all costs, that’s your job... That mentality of “let me rush to get more money” is working harder not smarter. You can charge a client $50 a cut and take 30m and do a fantastic job. But if you’re rushing 5m haircuts, what customer rapport are u really building? What are the odds your 5m haircut is better than a 30m haircut? Doesn’t make sense. You can charge $10 for that cut and do it 6 times but you’re only making $10 more than the barber who is charging $50 for a 30minute cut.. hope that opens your eyes a bit. But I understand where you come from.

    • @JustinTrades
      @JustinTrades 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    For fast fade competitions the best shaver to use is a braun. You can go faster with the trimmer not having to tediously get every hair cause the braun will take it anyway.
    Once you are done with the fade you can go back with a box shaver and get it super close and it will easily eat all the stubble cause the braun did all the hard work for you.

      @@clightning9703 Yeah it just takes down a lot of stubble quicker and its easy to not make a line cause you can easily flick out with it and it doesnt cut as close as a box shaver. Sounds good but its not realistic nor would some clients come back if he let them out of the chair like this. Its good for 5mins but not good for an actual haircut. Even if you could do every haircut in 5min super clean you would burn yourself out over time. The fact that he can even do this in 5min is impressive but evem he would admit he would take more time to clean it up to make it look more quality.
