The gearlight is one of the most popular very cheap lights sold everywhere, it should not cost as much as the other two. You can get a 2 pack under $10. The Varta may be nice if you are incredibly clumsy, but otherwise, ridiculously large for the battery form factor and brightness, and frankly 3xAAA is the worst option possible, not only limiting runtime and current, but also fiddly to try to swap batteries in the dark, and the plastic cassette is flimsy and prone to break, especially after several use cycles so the heating and cooling makes it brittle. This essentially makes the Varta a disposable light unless you use a body tube spacer to run an 18650 cell in it, which is the only way I would ever use one (if I found one on the side of the road - I'd never buy it). The Nicron N9, I don't know what it sells for on Aliexpress but it is much more expensive on amazon now, but now also includes a battery with a built in USB charge puck on the battery itself. However, it is by far the best of the 3 for my purposes because of the very strong magnetic tail cap and the rotating head. This means you can mount it and aim it, so a different use case than the other two. While it is not my brightest light, I find myself using it constantly for near-field use, for example automotive repairs where being able to use it hands free, aimed at your work space, is invaluable. To put it another way, a light that is twice as durable and even 10X brighter, is useless if not aimed at your work, and even worse a very bright light aimed wrong, can make it harder to see what you're doing. The Nicron N9 is for this reason, a value leader for people who need to aim a light at something and use it hands-free. There are work lights with a COB and wand shape that can also do this but they are a lot bulkier and at near the same price point, tend to be more fragile plastic.

Amazon I think, for the faster shipping and garanties. Although they’re probably the same product, you won’t get that on AliExpress
