If you have a mind that is stressed, the body receives stress from the thinking. If the mind is in negative patterns, anger, anxiety, it affects our body. It sends messages to the body.
Every thought and every memory is embedded in our cellular system.
It's like our hard drive. Every emotion gets into our hard drive and our cellular system. Every physical sensation is imprinted on our hard drive.
When the hard drive is overloaded, it shows up in dis-ease.
Meditation is the solution. When we meditate, it's our ability to go into our hard drive.
