There is no evidence for the existence of learning styles, it's a myth that just caught on and went mainstream, similarly to the "10000 hours to master a skill". We might have preferences as to how we like to consume information, but that's rather shallow. In essence the way our brains learn is in a relational way (building on top of what we already have), and that's a universal human brain characteristic, how the information itself is encountered is mostly irrelevant. The effort shouldn't really be on figuring out "what's our learning style" but on simplifying information and making it make sense in relation to what we already know about the topic.
I'm not sure if "learning styles" as a term implies something I don't know, but we all certainly have different means of comprehension. We should have Dr. Tolinski on to explain more in depth given her expertise, but I (Scott) have better spatial processing and worse memory from reading. These are things that have been tested and verified. I'm not referring to a coined term or a myth, but psychology. You wouldn't for instance tell someone that has dyslexia that they are capable of learning by reading the exact same as by audio or video because their processing just doesn't work like that.
40:40 I really wish you guys would get off Twitter. Elon has made it so toxic and political I had to delete the account I made in 2008. Still hoping Threads catches on, or someone makes a dedicated "Tech Twitter" where it was just nerds like the golden era of Twitter.
You need to use the coupon code "tastytreat". It says that on Sentry.io/syntax but you might miss it if you don't read the the sentence intro. It's highlighted, but we'll see if we can get Sentry to just auto apply that coupon.

Yes to the music intro!!!!!!!! Now you need a nice video sitcom intro, lol.
Woah, the new intro music is wild!! Is that a cello I hear? Love it.
Was lovingly crafted by a close friend of producer Randy. There are a ton mini callbacks and Easter eggs in it too
The last part is paramount! Take that advice very seriously especially after your 2/3 year being at an establishment already.

@@syntaxfm ok, thank you for reply
People who "know" how to use excel will not learn anything else for life.
What do you mean
