I gotta be honest, I was taken back by the "I'm a pirate" at first, but now I can't stop thinking about that melody and everytime the song comes up I can't help but sing along sheeesh
Everglow is just one of those groups that never misses for me. Even their song they did for a Unicef campaign called "Promise" is so good! This song in particular is definitely up there for me since it brought back the 2010s edm that I grew up on and love so much. That, and it was somewhat reminiscent of 2nd gen kpop (which is one of my favorite generations). I definitely recommend watching the live stages they did of this on your own whenever ya have the time, because they killed it. To clear up any confusion, the girls were space pirates for this comeback with influences from Guardians of the Galaxy (they stated this in some interviews). The song itself is basically a song that was meant to be a party/festival for the fans and of course continuing their theme of strong independent women (and also continuing their story line from where they left off with First). Oh also, Stone Music Entertainment is actually just a distribution company. Everglow is under Yuehua Entertainment and Ateez is under KQ Entertainment
Pirate is more of a "yeah Everglow can do anything" type of feeling, all Everglow title tracks are so different from each other, but every time you heard their song, you'll be like "yes this is an Everglow song" . Especially the instrument of this song, too good.

EVERGLOW
First hey
🔥🔥🔥
Why me man over there looking like mega mind 🤣🤣🤣 love your reaction
I hate how they dress and style onda to be the one who stands out yet she has almost no screen time and no lines
Yeah that sucks
she literally had so many solo shots and got the chorus stop trippin
Thats exactly why they style her to stand out. She barely gets any lines so she needs to visually stand out so we don’t forget about her
Who's onda ?
@@user-qd5gr8ql2w the one with the orange hair :)
Pirates prechrous sounds like a mixture of Ariana grandes Break
free and One last time Instrumental
Please do more exo, taemin & Superm reactions :(((
