Crossing in Ivisan is stagnant. It does not show any development since my childhood more than 20 years ago. What the heck. The local government there seems sleeping. I have been here in Manila already for 16 years. I went back there after 10 years. I transferred here in Manila when I was in high school. Surprisingly after my elem days nothing changed much as I returned to my hometown. Sad... Slow development.
