Hi! The grilled meats didn't take that long. Maybe around 10 minutes, since they continuously grill them outdoors. The galbis have a bit of a "lutong bahay" taste to them, but not in a bad way. They are not too salty or greasy, and I imagine they would taste that way if you go over to a Korean friend's house and they make it for you.
