    It is always fun to watch Gavin or the other boys when they workout or train like in this video. Mostly because I hate workout at gym and that stuff, but now I have to because I have a herniated disc. I was at the physiotherapist today doing some of the same things Gavin did in this video. 😊🔆❤️🇸🇪🇸🇪

      Sorry to hear about your disc. I know that's painful and no fun! I've had a bulged disc for the past 3 years and it's constant pain and discomfort (A lot better now than when I first did it). Keep up the exercises - it's good for ya and hopefully your disc will heal up soon!
