A nice collection of disaster movies mate. I think my favourite would be A Day After Tomorrow, I absolutely love that movie. Independents Day is a great movie and I did enjoy The Core. Thanks for sharing mate 👍
Hi Matt, Different idea from a movie genre that doesn"t get mentioned much, i was brought up on some of the classic disaster movies from the 70"s like "The Towering inferno" which had one hell of a amazing cast for its day, & also "The Poseidon adventure! which are movies that holds many memories for me watching in the 80"s on tv as a kid, if never seen certainly add those ones Matt. "Independence day" & "Twister" were ones i went to the cinema & enjoyed & were big hits to reinvent the disaster movie genre again, fine collection as always buddy.
Hi Carlos, Yes I have seen the Towering Inferno and both versions of the Poseidon Adventure ( always preferred the original to the remake) .Yes must keep an eye out for those titles. Always love a disaster film , thanks for watching 👍
Can't beat Paul W. S. Anderson! Nice collection. Everyone should love disaster movies! I liked how Geostorm just got going straight away and didn't let up! 2012 is my all-time favourite though. Just love how cheesy it is but with so much heart. I do like that lenticular on the steel 🤘
@@MattVs_Movies Apparently so! We might have to import it though because it's Warner Bros in America and Universal here. This is a direct quote "Twister - TBA 2022 (a new Atmos mix is confirmed to have been done for the film, so a new 4K remaster seems not unlikely) - N4K, DA"
@@BluRayDisplay cool, think will sound amazing, even the Blu-Ray is impressive. Guess the 4k might show the CGI but there are some wonderful landscape shots on this should look top notch 👌 👍
