    This Is my run down Hersey Road in Danville New Hampshire. It can be quite muddy when wet but generally easier trail. This is part of New hampshire’s class six road system that are completely legal to pass. I am in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited willys Edition.

    Would a full size truck (Silverado Trail Boss 2 inch lift) have issues? Still a beginner to offraoding. TIA

    Do you know if this road is open for the season or are we still a couple weeks out?

      I would love to see that! Tons of classics roads in the Kingston Brentwood area I think a great one to test your rig out would be rockrimmon Road in Kingston I have a video on my channel where you can check out that road and see if you like it or not! Thank you so much for the comment I will be posting a bunch more videos very soon!

    Just ordered a '22 Willys Sport Wrangler. Can't wait to get out there.

      I have a 21 willys unlimited I don’t know what the difference between the sport and the regular willys package is but I know I don’t have the sport. It’s the best Jeep I’ve ever owned (and I’ve had a few) and honestly even before the mild lift kit I never had an issue anywhere..knock on wood I’ve never gotten stuck!

      @@Jeeppeeps The Sport trim is just the basics. No power windows or door locks. No keyless entry and just the smaller screen. It has the same off road goodies though. Skid plates, rock sliders, destination mud tires and gearing. This is my first Jeep.

    Tread lightly on this road and with respect. You will see why as you roll this road you will find a memorial marker for George Henry Carter that will give you a chance to understand why. The name sake of the road you will merge onto is G H Carter Rd. Hersey Rd is a very cool local road to traverse.

      i haven't done this road in a long time but i did not know that about hersey i do remember the road name GH Carter road. Could you tell us the significance? I love to know the history, like the mink hills etc. Also i agree we should all tread lightly on every local class VI road whether it be in your town or not. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apprecaite it. Also whats the deal with The Bee Hut? thanks

    How do you think a stock JL handles on here?

    • @Jeeppeeps
      @Jeeppeeps  ปีที่แล้ว

      depends on the JL but honestly your fine. Most people don't realize how capable a JL is out of the box. I mean if you have the sahara with 18 inch chrome wheels with street tires you probably won't do as well as a regular sport or obviously a willys/rubicon. Hersey isn't very hard but a great trail to learn on. Thanks so much for your question and comment i appreciate it!

    Where exactly is the entrance to this trailhead?

    • @Jeeppeeps
      @Jeeppeeps  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hersey road can be accessed pretty easily it’s off 111 A in Danville but if you use Gaia gps it’s pretty easy…I actually think I’ve met you a few times before lol do you have a cousin named Brandon (bedlam)?

    Is there a specific address for where the trail head is located and is it gated off?

    • @Jeeppeeps
      @Jeeppeeps  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hey Zach, its really very easy hersey road has a paved side and a dirt side off 111A in danville turn onto hersey road as the road begins to curve instead of staying on pavement vear to the left and there is a opening into the woods this connects to pigeon hill road and mace road but, you can stay on hersey like in this video and end up back out to GH Carter road to your right or turn left and head back into the woods towards pigeon hill road. Also I would download Gaia GPS on your phone its amazing and has many of these type of roads that aren't on google or maps from the store. Thanks for the comment i will have many more videos coming once wheeling season starts and im working on a couple more from last year, i would really appreciate your subscription. Thanks!
