Dear Shivangi, Certain thoughts, as a professional we need look for work life balance. If a corporate gives you a Toxic Work culture, then you need to take a call. HR in many corporate should relook on this area, which sadly not happening. Really can't accept her loss as an victim to the present corporate culture.
