I'm gonna miss them so much!!! It will be a crime if they don't give us s2! 😭 it's not a show, it's poetry! I haven't been so invested and haven't felt so much since watching 'love for love's sake' in winter. Yes, it's a school story again, yes, so many ppl are already sick of school stories blah blah but I'm gonna scream from all the rooftops that it's (like 'love for love's sake' as well) not your typical high school drama, it's so different and deep and makes you feel so much. I want everyone to give this story a chance 😭 The storytelling, the cinematography, the acting! They were brilliant ❤

I would recommend you to check out My School President (Thailand) and Kieta Hatsukoi (Japan). Both of them are not as dramatic as Lfls and The on1y one but they're very dear to me. They might seem cheesy but they're really heartwarming and make you feel butterflies in your stomach. The acting and storytelling are great. I was obsessed with them especially with Msp before lfls came to my life. I became a huge fan of Gemini and Fourth (main actors from Msp) after watching their shows. Moonlight Chicken where they played a side couple is also great, it's more dramatic and was very challenging to them as their very first project together.
I'm currently watching Lovesick 2024 - a new version of the iconic Lovesick (Thailand, 2014) and I'm enjoying it so far. The new kids are adorable!

I left it earlier because it was kinda slow but then i tried again and it's mindblowing Just read from chapter 65 because before this is basically the first season. The storyline is so good .I'm in love❤❤ you'll have to search it online though cause Idk any official site for eng version

Why is everyone so upset at the ending? All Wang did was move classrooms. They still live in the same dorm room, sleep in the same bunk beds, see each other at lunch, they'll still visit the little white house together...
Nothing actually changed in their relationship except changing classes.
I get the symbolic move to distance himself from Tian, but there was no real change.
The symbolic move is Sheng Wang intentionally flunking his exam to be far from Jiang Tian.
Idk if you remember but Sheng Wang was upset when Jiang Tian wanted to move to the dorm even after he told him he's gonna stay in the house now because they got closer. Jiang Tian then decided to not go, he accepted his feelings. Yet when Wang realized his own feelings, he decided to move away from Jiang Tian. Sheng Wang deliberately did it to reject his feelings and Jiang Tian was aware of it.
Also, it wasn't really mentioned in the series but Class A has different privileges, they get to do things the other classes can't. In the novel, this part was only highlighted when Wang is already in Class B. Basically, they won't be together as much as they can before. They only get to have (awkward) lunch together, that's all. Their schedules don't match, their homework load isn't the same anymore.
Another thing to point out is this deliberate move by Wang made Jiang Tian realize that whatever he does, he just couldn't make anyone to stay with him forever. His mom, the cat, and now, Sheng Wang.
I completely agree with you, its not like he died or they ended with him being in a hospital like the drama Stay with me, now that made me upset.

@@ayesha.m this story wasn't ready for a happy ending, not at that period of time. And I wouldn't consider the ending as a "bad" one. It was open but it did give hope. Now all we need is to help this show to get more recognition so we'll be able to get ss2
