Only the harshest and strictest laws, along with separate fast-track courts for rape cases, can change the situation in India. Though it doesn't matter from a justice point of view and the victim deserves justice but still the type of case is important to reveal more details...

Every day i travel via bus to my college and sometimes some men try to touch inappropriately, getting close.. Once a person was rubbing his genital part to one of my friend...
