      Nothing of the sort UK have been doing this sort of thing forever now they even sending people to Rwanda who are not from there, they have sent alot of people to places they don't belong they just want to get rid of there criminals just like they were sending their criminals to the America's and US in 17th century and then the American revolution happened and then to Australia in the 18th century, so it has been a longstanding practice.

      The guys a murderer and his parents never got their paperwork in order.
      What I find interesting about the replies here in this post is that everyone treats him as the victim. No he's the MURDERER who killed someone outside a fast food place which is always a favored location to eat shit food and kill eachother amongst blacks, who always blames everyone else other than themselves.
      I also I find it interesting that he worked in Jamaica and slept on the floor where he works like a dog - this tells you alot about how uncharitable Jamaican people are. So of course he wants to go back to UK and get compensation and no doubt a free house piad by the state. Who says crime doesn't pay?

  • @PrioryCampion
    @PrioryCampion 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

    Many people are unaware that being born in the UK does not automatically grant British citizenship. Instead, eligibility depends on the circumstances of your birth and your parents. o However, if you were born in the UK on or after January 1, 1983 or before one of these date and one of your parents was already a British citizen or ‘settled’ in the UK, you are automatically considered a British citizen. No separate application is needed. You can apply for a UK passport or request a letter confirming your citizenship status.
    o Note that this differs from the automatic citizenship granted in the USA under the 14th Amendment.

      According to British laws, they can deport you if they believe you have entitlement to citizenship elsewhere. So 2nd and 3rd generation Jamaicans can be deported from the UK to Jamaica on the basis they are able to apply for Jamaican citizenship through descent. As long as the British Home Secretary agrees it’s ‘conducive to the good of public’ that you are removed from the UK, you can be deported and have your British citizenship revoked with no route for appeal. I'm kind of confused - how did he get a British passport while he was in Jamaica? & if he had the passport before he was deported, why didn't his parents take all those relevant documents including his birth certificate to the home office to prove he was born in England while they were processing his deportation?

    • @souflotv
      @souflotv  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      I have as many questions as you do. So from what I gathered, he was deported to Jamaica under a fake name , even though he kept telling them that he was not that person but because he was in custody he had no legal documents with him to prove it. He also said that he had been in prison for so long for something he did as a teen so he was ready to get out of lockup by any means so he just stopped fighting them , figuring they would catch their mistake before it was too late but they never did. His passport was eventually found by his siblings who sent it to him and he used it to re enter the UK , but upon re entry into the UK the authorities accused him of havinf a fake passport and Jailed him again straight from customs to prison for 2 more years until they realized they were wrong and his passport was real. GET THIS PART..When they released him they claimed they have lost the Passport he came in on , the one they accused him of being fake with and arresting him for. It was never found

      No one is stupid enough to pretend they are Jamaican and produce a Jamaican I D when they are not Jamaican, who is to benefit from that? What the host said was that the man in question spent his formative years in Jamaica and return to the UK at the age of 18 so he more than likely spoke with a Jamaican accent. Even so they had no right to jump to that assumption.. Its another reason why black men need to keep themselves out of captivity because they loose their power.

As a UK born resident, I dispute that claim and as a lifelong lover of Jamaica and Jamaican people I dispute that claim!
      However I will say this: it is because of this bragadocious, ego driven, material- worshipping, red eye criminal minded attitude and behaviour of too many Jamaicans, that the reputation of a 'Badman ' 'Yardie' has permeated Jamaican culture.
