He somehow managed to get the charges in Atlanta REDUCED and that’s why he’s on Probation THERE(in Atlanta) and has Chi Chi as his P.O.. The only reason he wasn’t extradited BACK TO L.A. to face the Murder charge is because their(THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA) ONLY witness (Brittney)refused to testify. Mainly because…it was HER and NOT HIM who committed THAT crime.
